Abstract

The reinforcement element (1) comprises several cap bolts (2) on a connector element (3) which comprises a profiled rail of concrete or plastics having a U or C shaped cross-section so that its profiled edges engage round the bolt heads. The profiled rail is preferably made of fibre-reinforced concrete in which the cap bolts can be fixed through adhesive or positive engagement. Independent claim describes method for assembling structural element where the connector element is first placed on the lower shuttering part with the groove facing upwards and then the lower bending reinforcement is positioned in the part to be reinforced and finally the cap bolts are pushed through the lower bending reinforcement and fixed in the groove of the connector.
