Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest kszta ltownik, przede wszystkim kszta ltownik wyt lacza- ny z aluminium, który s lu zy do wznoszenia konstrukcji szkieletowych, zw laszcza przy budowie rozbie- ralnych stoisk wystawowych i handlowych. Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c kszta ltownika, która w porównaniu ze znanymi formami porównywalnych kszta ltowników przejawia si e w jego indywidualnym charakterze i oryginal- nym profilu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest ukazany na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia po- przeczny przekrój kszta ltownika, a Fig. 2 przedstawia go w widoku perspektywicznym. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the section, which, compared to known forms of comparable sections, manifests itself in its individual character and original profile. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the section, and Fig. 2 shows it in a perspective view. The essential features of the industrial design are that: - the section has the form of an open channel with an elongated, rectangular cross-section and three flat walls on both sides, and on its narrower side it has a longitudinal mounting channel with a profile similar to the letter C, open to the outside; - the interior of the section is divided into two parts by means of a longitudinal partition, which constitutes the bottom of the mounting channel and is spread transversely between the side walls of the section, wherein the surface of this partition on the side of the interior of the channel has a concave arc shape, and on the opposite side it is flat; - the side walls of the mounting channel are flat and constitute extensions of the side walls of the profile, and the outer, two-part, flat wall of this channel forms the rim of both side walls of the profile, bent at a right angle and facing each other; - the gap separating both parts of the outer wall of the mounting channel is situated in its axis of symmetry, and the width of this gap is smaller than the width of the mounting channel; - from one of the side walls of the profile, opposite its internal partition, a loose rib protrudes outwards along the length, the free edge of which, bent into an arc like a hook, is directed towards the open side of the profile.
