Lampa oswietleniowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest lampa oswietleniowa. Istota wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt oraz uklad kolorystyczny lampy. Przedmiot wzoru widoczny jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe oswietleniowa w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - lampa oswietleniowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swojej górnej czesci posiada metalowy element w postaci spodeczka, z którego srodka wyprowadzona jest rurka, zakonczona okraglym oczkiem, które stanowi równoczesnie pierwsze oczko lancucha, w który wpleciony jest kabel elektryczny. Przy czym ostatnie oczko lancucha posiada wachlarzowaty ksztalt i polaczone jest z metalowym elementem przypominajacym dwa stozki polaczone podstawami. Z elementu tego wyprowadzonych jest piec ramion lampy, z których kazde posiada ksztalt pochylonego znaku zapytania litery „?". Kazde z ramion lampy zakonczone jest miseczka oraz osadzonym na niej bialym kloszem ozdobionym kilkoma drucianymi „wasami". Przy czym ramiona lampy zostaly ulozone w takisposób, iz sa nachylone i wzajemnie zachodza na siebie. The essence of the design is the original shape and color scheme of the lamp. The subject of the design is visible in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the lighting lamp in a side view. As shown in Fig. 1, the lighting lamp is characterized by its upper part having a metal element in the form of a saucer, from the center of which extends a tube, ending in a round eyelet, which also forms the first eyelet of a chain into which an electric cable is woven. The last eyelet of the chain has a fan-shaped shape and is connected to a metal element resembling two cones connected at their bases. From this element extend five lamp arms, each in the shape of a tilted question mark of the letter "?". Each of the lamp's arms is topped with a bowl and a white lampshade mounted on it, decorated with several wire "whiskers".
