Description
Najdluzszy czas trwania patentu do 28 pazdziernika 1946 r.W patencie Nr 14895 opisano sposób, wedlug którego mozna z soli surowej, za¬ wierajacej chlorek potasu, chlorek sodu i kizeryt, otrzymac kolejno: siarczan potasu, wegl&n magnezowe - amomioiwy, chlorek amoniu i dwuweglan sodu.Wynalazek 'dotyczy zastosowania spo¬ sobu do przeróbki surowych soli potaso¬ wych, zawierajacych siarczan magnezu, przyczem mozna stosowac równiez sole w postaci soli podwójnych lub wielozasado- wych, zawierajacych isiarczan magnezu i siarczany potasowców, naprzyklad sole po¬ tasowe karnalitowe, zawierajace kizeryt.Wynalazek nadaje sie równiez do przerób¬ ki surowych soli potasowych, zawierajacych chlorki oraz siarczany sodu i magnezu, albo produktów przejsciowych przemyslu pota¬ sowego, naprzyklad, soli sylwinitowej z ki- zerytem, sold karmalitowej z sola kuchenna i Idzieirytem, soli lanigbeiinitowej z sola ku¬ chenna i tak dalej.W przypadku, gdy sól surowa zawiera glównie karnalit i kizeryt, t. j. chlorki oraz siarczany potasu i magnezu, odpada przy sposobie, wedlug patentu Nr 14895, wytra¬ canie dwuweglanu sodu. Zamiast lugu, za¬ wierajacego dwuweglan sodu, uzywa sie do traktowania soli surowej lug, zawierajacy chlorek amonu. O ile sól zawiera nadmiar siarczanów w stosunku do potasu, dodaje sie do soli surowej odpowiednia ilosc chlor¬ ku potasu; o ile sól zawiera nadmiar potasu w stosunku do siarczanów, otrzymuje siemieszanine chlorku i siarczanu potasu. Zamiast siarczanu potasowo-sodowego wydziela sie mieszani¬ ne siarczanu potasowo-sodowego z chlor¬ kiem potasu. PLThe longest term of the patent until October 28, 1946 Patent No. 14895 describes a method according to which a crude salt containing potassium chloride, sodium chloride and kieserite can be obtained successively: potassium sulphate, magnesium carbonate - ammonia, ammonium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. The invention relates to the use of a process for the treatment of crude potassium salts containing magnesium sulfate, although double or polybasic salts containing magnesium sulfate and potassium sulfates, for example potassium carnallite salts containing kieserite, can also be used. The invention is also suitable for the processing of crude potassium salts containing sodium and magnesium chloride and sulphates, or by-products of the potassium industry, for example, sililinite salt with kerite, carmalite solder with salt and Idzieirite, lanigbeinite salt with salt. ¬ chenna and so on. Where the raw salt consists mainly of carnallite and kieserite, i.e. and potassium and magnesium sulphates are eliminated in the process according to Patent No. 14895, the reduction of sodium bicarbonate. Instead of a lye containing sodium bicarbonate, a lye containing ammonium chloride is used to treat the crude salt. If the salt contains an excess of sulfate relative to the potassium, a suitable amount of potassium chloride is added to the crude salt; if the salt contains an excess of potassium in relation to the sulphates, it gets a mixture of chloride and potassium sulphate. When treating the above mixture with water, the potassium chloride transiently into the solution and pure potassium sulphate is obtained. If the crude salt contains mainly potassium, sodium and magnesium chloride and sulphates, then the procedure is as in Patent No. 14895 Given the cases in which the ratio of potassium to sulphate is adequate, respectively, potassium chloride is added in the presence of an excess of sulphates to obtain the appropriate ratio. The method can also be used when the potassium is in excess in relation to the sulfates. In place of potassium sodium sulfate, mixtures of potassium sodium sulfate and potassium chloride are isolated. Upon treatment with water, according to Patent No. 14895, the potassium chloride with sodium sulfate is converted to potassium sulfate and sodium chloride. Mainly potassium chloride and sodium chloride are passed into the solution, so that pure sodium sulfate remains, which is obtained by separation. The mother liquor is further processed, according to the main patent, with the addition of the sodium bicarbonate liquor obtained from the maconium, which is the ammonium chloride solution mentioned in the introduction for the treatment of crude salt.
