Korzystnie na wysoko sci 3/6 certyfikatu na srodku w czterech linijkach jedna pod drug a umieszczony jest napis „uzyska l/a kwalifikacje ksi egowego (wed lug wymaga n okre- slonych) przez Stowarzyszenie Ksi egowych w Polsce (opartych na Mi edzynarodowych Standardach Edukacyjnych) ustalonych przez IFAC". The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the subject, manifesting itself in the layout, ornamentation, and colors. The certificate may be produced industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the certificate, Fig. 2 shows a general view of certificate variant e 1, Fig. 3 shows a general view of certificate variant e 2, Fig. 4 shows a general view of certificate variant e 3, Fig. 5 is a collective illustration. Essential features of the industrial design: The certificate shown in Fig. 1 contains a green border. Its background is filled with regularly spaced letters "SKwP". The background colors are muted and faded in comparison to the colors of the certificate. At the top of the certificate, in a green rectangle, are the letters "S" and "K". Below the rectangle is the inscription "STOWARZYSZENIE AKSI EGOWYCH W POLSCE" (ACCOUNTANTS' ASSOCIATION IN POLAND). Below this is the inscription "Member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)". These inscriptions are black. Preferably, at the height of 3/4 of the certificate, in the center, is the inscription "CERTIFICATE" and below it "accountant". These inscriptions are green and written in a larger font than the previous inscriptions. Below is a blank space that can be used to enter the name of the examination board and the examinee's details, such as their name, surname, or date of birth. Preferably, at three-sixths of the certificate, in the center, in four lines, one below the other, is the inscription "obtained accounting qualifications (according to the requirements specified) by the Association of Accountants in Poland (based on the International Educational Standards) established by IFAC." Preferably, at four-fifths of the certificate, there is space for the signatures of the board members. Below is a space for entering the place and date of issue of the certificate and the register number. The certificate variant shown in Fig. 2, with a green frame, has additional elements in the form of a white-green-white frame placed on the inner side, preferably with a width of half the main green frame. The certificate variant shown in Fig. 2, under the inscription "CERTIFICATE", placed preferably at the height of 3/4 of the certificate in the middle, has the inscription "accounting specialist". In turn, in the first line of the text placed preferably at the height of 3/6 of the certificate in the middle, there is the inscription "obtained the qualifications of an accounting specialist". The second certificate variant shown in Fig. 3, with a green frame, has additionally a white-green frame placed on its inner side, preferably with a width of 1/3 of the main green frame. The certificate variant shown in Fig. 3, under the inscription "CERTIFICATE", placed preferably at the height of 3/4 of the certificate, has the inscription "chief accountant" in the center. In the first line of the text, placed preferably at the height of 3/6 of the certificate, there is the inscription "obtained the qualifications of chief accountant". The third certificate variant shown in Fig. 4 has a different frame. It is green, has stronger contours, and there is ornamentation in the center of the frame. The background of the certificate variant is filled with regularly placed emblems of a certified accountant, i.e. a green letter "d" placed in a quadrangle and a black letter "k" connected to it; above the letters is the inscription "diplomowany" and below the letters "ksi egowy". The background colors are muted and faded in relation to the colors of the certificate. The certificate version shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription "certified accountant" under the inscription "CERTIFICATE" placed advantageously at the height of 3/4 of the certificate in the center.
