Opracowane opakowanie, wykonane z kartonu b ad z tworzywa, stanowi zw laszcza opakowanie artyku lów spo zyw- czych, w tym ciastek. Zg laszany do ochrony wzór przemys lowy przedstawiony zosta l na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 4a, fig. 5 i fig. 5a - przedstawiaj a jego kolejne postaci, tj. barwne odmiany wzoru przemy- s lowego. The developed packaging, made of cardboard or plastic, is particularly suitable for packaging food products, including cookies. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, and 5a represent its subsequent forms, i.e., color variations of the industrial design. List of industrial design varieties: 1) packaging with a pattern - fig. 1, 2) packaging in the shape of an open cuboid with a cutout in the side - fig. 2, 3) packaging in the shape of a cuboid with a lid - fig. 3, 4) packaging in the shape of an open cuboid with a patterned lid - fig. 4 and fig. 4a, 5) packaging in the shape of a closed cardboard box - fig. 5 and fig. 5a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - packaging with a pattern - is that: - its line features and colors give the impression and imitate the structure of a woven wicker basket; - the colors of the pattern are in beige and brown tones; - the pattern is placed on the outside of the packaging, wherein - the packaging has the shape of a perpendicular wall with an open upper part. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 - a packaging in the shape of an open perpendicular wall with a cutout in the side - is that: - its line features and colors give the impression and imitate the structure of a woven wicker basket; - the color scheme of the pattern is maintained in beige and brown tones; - the pattern is placed on the outside of the packaging, wherein - the packaging has the shape of a perpendicular wall with an open upper part, in one of the side walls of which there is a cutout resembling a rectangle with rounded corners. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 - a packaging in the shape of a rectangular wall with a lid - is that: - its line features and colors give the impression and imitate the structure of a woven wicker basket; - the color scheme of the pattern is beige and brown; - the pattern is placed on the outside of the packaging, and - the packaging has the shape of a rectangular wall, closed in the upper part with a lid, and - the lid is single-colored. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a - a packaging in the shape of an open cuboid with a patterned lid - is that: - its line features and colors give the impression and imitate the structure of a woven wicker basket; - the color scheme of the pattern is beige and brown; - the pattern is placed on the outside of the packaging, and - the packaging has the shape of a cuboid open in the upper part, closed in the upper part with a lid, and - the pattern is also placed on the lid.
