Przedmiotem wynalazku jest głowica otrząsająca stosowana w maszynach do zbioru owoców jagodowych.The present invention relates to a shaking head for use in berry harvesting machines.

W znanym rozwiązaniu z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 154116, głowica otrząsająca składa się z dwóch płyt równoległych, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się dwa rozstawione wałki z osadzonymi na nich ciężarami wirującymi uzyskującymi napęd z przekładni łańcuchowych, kół zębatych i przekładni pasków zębatych. Ruch drgający powstaje w tych głowicach w wyniku wirujących ciężarów. Głowica otrząsająca według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że w płycie górnej ułożyskowane są wałki, zakończone od dołu wykorbieniami. Na wykorbieniach tych osadzone są korbowody. Korbowody łączą czopy wykorbień z czopami osadzonymi na płycie dolnej. Płyta dolna połączona jest na stałe z kolumną otrząsacza. Wałki są napędzane za pośrednictwem wału napędowego, ułożyskowanego w płycie górnej i kolumnie otrząsacza poprzez koła zębate. 1. A shaking head, used in berry picking machines, with an upper and lower plate, as well as a drive shaft and gear wheels, characterized in that the upper plate (1) has rollers (5) ending with crank (6) at the bottom, on which the connecting rods (7) are mounted, connecting the crank pins (6) with the pins (8) mounted on the bottom plate (2), in turn permanently connected with the shaker column (3).
