Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na za laczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka damskiego, posiadaj acego kopert e okr ag la stalow a, tarcz e ze wska znikami w postaci indeksów - kresek oraz na wysoko sci pe lnych go- dzin wysadzan a kamieniami z wyj atkiem godz. 3, gdzie umieszczono datownik, lunet e oraz elementy bransolety wysadzane kamieniami - cyrkoniami, charakterystyczn a mi ekk a bransolet e stalow a, me- chanizm kwarcowy (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z kopert a i bransolet a stalow a w kolorze z lota, indeksami oraz wskazówkami w kolorze z lota (Fig. 2). Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje si e tarcz a w kolorze czarnym (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: koperta okr ag la stalowa, tarcza ze wska znikami w postaci indeksów - kresek oraz na wysoko sci pe lnych godzin wysadzana kamieniami z wyj atkiem godz. 3, gdzie umieszczono datownik, luneta oraz elementy bransolety wysadzane kamieniami, charaktery- styczna mi ekka bransoleta stalowa. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the first variant of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the second variant of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a women's watch, having a round steel case, a dial with indices (lines), and a stone-set hour marker at the hour position, except for 3 o'clock, where a date display, bezel, and bracelet elements set with cubic zirconia stones are located, a distinctive soft steel bracelet, and a quartz movement (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored steel case and bracelet, with gold-colored indices and hands (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by a black dial (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: a round steel case, a dial with indices in the form of lines and set with stones at the full hour mark, except for 3 o'clock, where a date display, bezel, and bracelet elements are set with stones, and a characteristic soft steel bracelet.
