Abstract

Hinged joint (25) has a two parts (2,26) which when hinge is assembled are connected by a hinge pin (4). For the assembly of the joint, the first hinge part forms a pre-assembled set of parts with the hinge pin and the hinge pin in its pre-assembled state is irremovably held on the first hinge part. More than a quarter, preferably more than 2/3 of the length of the hinge pin is positioned on the hinge part. The hinge pin can be slid in a limited axial direction. In its end position, it juts over the upper or lower end of the first hinge part and the casing enclosing the pin. The pre-assembled set can be put on a right or left door rabbet.
