Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest r ekojesc, w szczególno sci r ekojesc narz edzia budow- lanego typu szpachelka. Typowa r ekojesc szpachelki wykona jest z odcinka drewnianej listwy lekko zw ezaj acego si e w kierunku ostrza i o zaokr aglonych kraw edziach. Nowa i oryginalna posta c r ekoje sci wed lug wzoru przemys lowego przejawia si e w jej kszta l- cie, kontra scie kolorystycznym obu ko nców w stosunku do cz esci srodkowej oraz wypuk lym reliefie na tej cz esci. W przedniej cz esci (fig. 1.3), w której mocuje si e narz edzie, w szcze- gólno sci ostrze szpachelki, r ekoje sc jest sp laszczona. Dalej jej przekrój poprzeczny zaokr agla si e i powierzchnia tego przekroju ro snie ku ty lowi (fig. 1.4). Srodkowa cz esc r ekoje sci ma od góry i od do lu wypuk ly relief z lo zony z dwóch szeregów czworok atów (fig. 1 i fig. 1.1). Kolor cz esci srodkowej jest ciemniejszy od koloru obu ko nców. W obszarze s asiedztwa odcinka srodkowego i ko ncowego znajduje si e przelotowy otwór o kszta lcie trójk ata o wszystkich zaokr aglonych wierzcho lkach. Obie odmiany wzoru maj a identyczne kszta lty, ale ró zni a si e kolorystycznie. Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemys lowego dla obu odmian wzoru s a kszta lt r ekoje sci (fig. 1, 1.2, 1.3 i 1.4) oraz jej podzia l na trzy wyodr ebnione kolorystycznie odcinki - pocz atkowy (fig. 1.3), srodko- wy i ko ncowy (fig. 1.4). Odcinki pocz atkowy i ko ncowy s a tego samego koloru, który jest ponadto ja- sniejszy od koloru srodkowego odcinka r ekoje sci. Istotn a cech a srodkowego odcinka r ekoje sci tak ze jest wypuk ly relief w postaci szeregów czworok atów. A typical spatula handle is made from a section of wooden strip slightly tapering towards the blade and with rounded edges. The new and original form of the handle according to the industrial design is manifested in its shape, the color contrast of both ends in relation to the middle part, and the convex relief on this part. The handle according to the industrial design is presented in two varieties, designated in the collective illustration as Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, respectively. These figures represent perspective views of the handle according to the industrial design. The handle, following an industrial design, is made of plastic and has three color-coded sections. In the front section (Fig. 1.3), where the tool, particularly the spatula blade, is attached, the handle is flattened. Its cross-section then becomes rounded, and the cross-sectional area increases toward the rear (Fig. 1.4). The middle section of the handle has a convex relief at the top and bottom, composed of two rows of quadrangles (Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1). The color of the middle section is darker than the color of both ends. In the area adjacent to the middle and end sections, there is a triangular-shaped through hole with all corners rounded. Both design variations have identical shapes but differ in color. Important features of the industrial design for both variations are the shape of the handle (Fig. 1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4) and its division into three color-distinct sections: the initial section (Fig. 1.3), the middle section, and the end section (Fig. 1.4). The initial and end sections are the same color, which is also lighter than the color of the middle section of the handle. Another important feature of the middle section of the handle is the convex relief in the form of a series of quadrangles.
