Abstract

The closure (1) has a stopping device (17) with an actuating part (18) including an end (20) connected to the closure using articulation units and another end associated to a stopping part (27) by a hinge (31), where the device is movable between open and closed positions. The stopping part closes an orifice (14) and the actuating part is spaced from a base (10) of a cavity (7) when the device is in the closed position. The actuating part is housed in the cavity and the stopping part is pivoted around the hinge to release the orifice when the device is in the open position. An independent claim is also included for an assembly comprising a container equipped with an opening and a closure.
