Aplikacja wykonana jest z materia lu od- miennego od pozosta lych elementów czapki jak to pokazano na ilustracji na fig. 1A i fig. 1B. 4. Czapka wg cechy drugiej dla odmiany nr 2, charakteryzuje si e tym, i z ma kszta lt czapki marynarskiej. Czapka ta posiada aplikacj e w postaci z lotego sznurka naszytego na prze- dzie usztywnionej cz esci otoka. Ponadto, daszek posiada ozdobn a z lot a tasiemk e naszy- t a pojedynczo w sposób okalaj acy brzegi daszku. Na przedzie usztywnionej cz esci otoka nad sznurkiem, znajduje si e nadrukowany napis „kapitan". Dodatkowo czapka posiada naszyt a aplikacj e w górnej czesci otoka w kszta lcie owalnym, zawieraj ac a zdobienie w kszta lcie dwóch li sci paproci, kotwicy i napisu „kapitan". The cap, according to the design, is distinguished by its original cut, specific shape, and unique arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show: - variant no. 1 - Fig. 1A shows a front view of a sailor's cap-shaped cap; Fig. 1B shows a side view of a sailor's cap-shaped cap. - variant No. 2 - Fig. 2A shows a sailor-shaped cap with an adjustment at the back of the cap fastened with a Velcro strap, front view; Fig. 2B shows a sailor-shaped cap with an adjustment at the back of the cap fastened with a Velcro strap, side view. Essential features of industrial design 1. The cap of the indicated industrial design for variant No. 1 is characterized by its smaller sailor-shaped cap shape. At the top of the bowl is a circle made of material identical to the upper part of the cap's brim. The circle is permanently connected to the brim. The brim is finished in its lower part with a stiffening made of plastic tape, trimmed with material. A visor is permanently sewn onto the lower part, i.e., the stiffened brim, which is also stiffened with a plastic insert and also trimmed with material. All parts of the cap are permanently connected and inseparable. The stiffened parts, i.e., the lower part of the brim and the visor, are made of identical material, differing from the circle and the upper part of the brim, as shown in Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B. 2. The cap of the indicated industrial design for variant no. 2 is characterized by its slightly sailor-like shape. At the top of the bowl is a circle made of material identical to the upper part of the brim. The circle is permanently connected to the brim. The brim is finished at the bottom with a stiffening made of plastic tape, trimmed with fabric. A visor is permanently sewn onto the lower part, the stiffened brim, which is also stiffened with a plastic insert and trimmed with fabric. All parts of the cap are permanently connected and inseparable. The stiffened parts, i.e., the lower part of the brim and the visor, are made of identical material, differing from the circle and upper part of the brim. At the back of the cap, there is a permanently sewn-in Velcro strap adjustment insert, as shown in Figures 2A and 2B. 3. The cap according to the first feature for variety No. 1 is characterized by its small sailor's cap shape. This cap has an appliqué in the form of a golden ribbon sewn onto the front of the stiffened part of the brim. Furthermore, the peak has a decorative golden cord sewn on twice, surrounding the edges of the brim. Additionally, the cap has an oval appliqué sewn onto the upper part of the brim, containing a decoration in the shape of two fern leaves, an anchor, and the word "captain." The appliqué is made of a material different from the other elements of the cap, as shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B. 4. The cap according to the second feature for variety No. 2 is characterized by its small sailor's cap shape. This cap features a gold cord appliqué sewn onto the front of the stiffened part of the brim. Furthermore, the peak features a decorative gold ribbon sewn individually around the edges of the brim. The word "Captain" is printed on the front of the stiffened part of the brim above the cord. Additionally, the cap features an oval appliqué sewn onto the upper part of the brim, featuring a decoration in the shape of two fern leaves, an anchor, and the word "Captain."
