The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, and Fig. 1c, wherein Fig. 1b and Fig. 2b show the toy and its variants in a side perspective view, Fig. 3b shows the design variant from above, while in the remaining illustrations the toy and its variants are shown in a top perspective view. Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 2, Fig. 2b, Fig. 3, and Fig. 3a show the toy and its variants with the handle folded down. Fig. 1d, fig. 2d and fig. 3d show examples of the toy in a color version. Similar lower lugs are also visible on the sides of the recesses – they adhere to the inner side walls of the rounded elements in the front part of the chassis; – in the front part of the rounded elements – slightly protruding forward – small convexities are visible, imitating signal lights; – in the front part of the chassis, the rounded elements are connected by another element imitating the vehicle's bumper; – in the front part of the chassis – between the inner side walls of the rounded elements, above the bumper – the toy handle is pivotally mounted, wherein – the handle is a profiled element in the shape of a frame open on one side, the lateral outline of which resembles the shape of the letter "L", and between the arms of the handle there is a substantially flat surface, shaped like a trapezium, on PL 17732 3 of which in the centre there is an element in the shape of a low cylinder, visible on both sides of the trapezoidal surface. On the main part of the handle – the handle – transverse, substantially rectangular recesses are visible. The three-dimensional form of the design without designation of colours is applied for protection. On the main part of the handle – the handle – there are visible transverse, generally rectangular recesses; in addition, in the rear part of the chassis, between the inner side walls of the rounded elements, another element of the toy is rotatably mounted, constituting the tipper body, wherein the upper outline of the tipper body resembles a rectangle with rounded corners, the edges of which slope downwards, creating the side walls of the tipper, while the rear wall is the lowest and most oblique, and its surface shows visible profiles corresponding to the rear elements described above, in the shape of one-sided rounded lugs.
