The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 showing color versions of the design. Fig. 1a shows the design in a front view, while in the remaining illustrations both the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view. Essential feature of the industrial design shown in the illustration fig. 1 and fig. 1a - decorative cover - is that: - it is a three-dimensional element formed by the connected front and back walls of the cover, with the cover element being empty inside; - the outline of the edges of the front and back walls resembles the shape of a cross, the corners of which, formed by the connection of the vertical and horizontal parts of the cross, are rounded, while the corners of the arms and the upper part of the cross are arched; - the inside of the outline of the cover wall is transparent; - in the side surface of the cover, along the edges of the front and back walls, between the arched cuts and along the vertical part of the cross under its arms, as well as in the base of the cover - substantially rectangular cutouts are made. Protection is sought for the design form without designating colors. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a decorative cover with a base - is that: - it constitutes a three-dimensional element formed by the connected front and back walls of the cover, with the cover element being hollow inside; - the outline of the edges of the front and rear walls resembles the shape of a cross, the corners of which, formed by the connection of the vertical and horizontal parts of the cross, are rounded, while the corners of the arms and the upper part of the cross are arched; - the inside of the outline of the cover wall is transparent; - in the side surface of the cover, along the edges of the front and rear walls, between the arched cuts and along the vertical part of the cross under its arms, as well as in the base of the cover, essentially rectangular cutouts are made; - the decorative cover is placed on a base, where - the base is an element whose lower outline resembles a quadrangle, while the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise - initially almost vertically, and then in a gentle arc - upwards, creating a lateral surface resembling a plinth, the upper outline of which is smaller than the lower one.
