Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c butelki nadana jej w szczególno sci przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów i ukszta ltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelk e w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 3 - butelk e w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 4 - butelk e w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelk e w widoku z do lu, fig. 6 - butelk e w widoku ogólnym z do lu, fig. 7 - butelk e w widoku ogólnym z góry. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front; Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the right side; Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the left side; Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the top; Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom; Fig. 6 shows a general view of the bottle from the bottom; Fig. 7 shows a general view of the bottle from the top. A bottle is a solid shape that, from the bottom to mid-height, has the cross-sectional shape of a flattened teardrop with a decreasing circumference. At the top, the bottle tapers and has a half-teardrop-shaped cutout, forming a handle. On one side, the handle is connected to the upper part of the bottle body, and on the other side, it is connected to the middle of the bottle. The width of the handle is equal to one-third of the width of the wall formed by the cutout. The handle tapers from the top and bottom toward the middle. The wall formed by the cutout is semicircular and has three vertical parallel lines in its center, while the surface between the side lines is flat. Above the handle is an arched elevation, which on the front and rear surfaces of the bottle has a wave-like shape. At the top, the bottle's surface increases, forming a spherical surface ending in a threaded filler opening. The front and rear surfaces of the bottle increase from the bottom to one-third of its height, then the area without the handle narrows slightly, before increasing in the upper part. The bottom of the bottle is trapezoidal in shape with rounded sides. The bottom of the bottle has a recess containing five parallel, decreasing concave recesses in the shape of acute triangles connected at their bases. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The bottle is a solid that, from the bottom to halfway up, has the cross-sectional shape of a flattened teardrop with decreasing circumference. 2. In the upper part, the bottle narrows and has a half-drop-shaped cutout, forming a handle. On one side, the handle is connected to the upper part of the bottle body, and on the other side, it is halfway up the bottle. 3. The width of the handle is equal to one-third of the width of the wall formed by the cutout. 4. The handle narrows from the upper and lower parts towards the middle. 5. The wall formed by the cutout has a semicircular shape and has three vertical parallel lines in its center, while the surface between the side lines is flat. 6. Above the handle is an arched elevation, which has a wave-like shape on the front and rear surfaces of the bottle. 7. At the top, the surface of the bottle increases, forming a spherical surface ending with a threaded filler opening. 8. The front and back surfaces of the bottle increase from the lower part to one-third of the height, then the surface without the handle narrows slightly, after which it increases in the upper part. 9. The bottom of the bottle has a trapezoidal shape with rounded sides. 10.
