Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest wzorzysta tkanina z dekoracyjnymi motywami, prze- znaczona w szczególno sci do stosowania jako tkanina obiciowa. Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c tkaniny, przejawiaj aca si e w jej rysunku, moty- wach zdobniczych oraz ich uk ladzie nadaj acym jej oryginalny wygl ad. Wzór tkaniny charakteryzuje si e powtarzalno sci a motywu na ca lej d lugo sci tkaniny. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach. Na rysunku Fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór tkaniny, na Fig. 1a - wzór tkaniny w widoku pionowym, na Fig. 2-5 fragmenty wzoru tkaniny w poszczególnych odmianach, a na Fig. 2 - fragment wzoru tkaniny w odmianie drugiej, Fig. 3 - fragment wzoru tkaniny obiciowej w odmianie trzeciej, Fig. 4 - fragment wzoru tkaniny w od- mianie czwartej, Fig. 5 - fragment wzoru tkaniny w odmianie pi atej. Tkanina charakteryzuje si e powtarzaj acym si e wzorem oryginalnie stylizowanych motywów ro- slinnych sze scioramiennych figur przypominaj acych kwiaty (Fig. 1-1a). Wzór wed lug odmiany drugiej charakteryzuje si e wzorem tkaniny w odcieniach fioletu, be zu, bieli (Fig. 2). Wzór wed lug odmiany trzeciej charakteryzuje si e kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach piaskowego, zó lci, z lota, br azu (Fig. 3). Wzór wed lug odmiany czwartej charakteryzuje si e kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach czerni, szaro- sci oraz br azu (Fig. 4). Wzór wed lug odmiany piatej charakteryzuje si e kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach br azu, be zu, bieli (Fig. 5). Cechami istotnymi tkaniny jest jej powtarzaj acy si e wzór sk ladaj acy si e z oryginalnie stylizowa- nych figur, gdzie rozchodz ace si e pasma od srodka figury tworz a wra zenie sze scioramiennych moty- wów - kwiatów, wzajemnie po laczonych ze sob a stylizowanymi, faluj acymi ramionami. Ca lo sc tworzy oryginaln a kompozycj e. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its drawing, decorative motifs and their arrangement giving it an original appearance. The fabric pattern is characterized by the repetition of the motif along the entire length of the fabric. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings. Figure Fig. 1 presents the fabric pattern, Fig. 1a - the fabric pattern in a vertical view, Fig. 2-5 - fragments of the fabric pattern in individual varieties, and Fig. 2 - fragment of the fabric pattern in the second variety, Fig. 3 - fragment of the upholstery fabric pattern in the third variety, Fig. 4 - fragment of the fabric pattern in the fourth variety, Fig. 5 - fragment of the fabric pattern in the fifth variety. The fabric is characterized by a repeating pattern of originally stylized plant motifs of six-pointed figures resembling flowers (Fig. 1-1a). The pattern according to the second variety is characterized by a fabric pattern in shades of purple, beige, white (Fig. 2). The pattern according to the third variety is characterized by a fabric color in shades of sand, yellow, gold, brown (Fig. 3). The pattern according to the fourth variant is characterized by the color of the fabric in shades of black, gray and brown (Fig. 4). The pattern according to the fifth variant is characterized by the color of the fabric in shades of brown, beige, white (Fig. 5). The essential features of the fabric are its repeating pattern consisting of originally stylized figures, where the strands spreading from the center of the figure create the impression of six-armed motifs - flowers, mutually connected with each other by stylized, wavy arms. The whole creates an original composition.
