It is intended for attaching various insulation to metal surfaces, including ventilation and air conditioning ducts, tanks, and boilers. The nail constitutes a new form by giving it an original shape and being made from a single element. The welding nail is shown in the photographs in two variations, corresponding to Figures 1.1 and 2.1. With respect to similar objects, the submitted industrial design demonstrates features of novelty and originality of shape in the surface shape and their mutual arrangement. The first variation of the nail is shown in Figure 1.1. The nail is made of a metal that welds well to metal surfaces. The nail is shaped like a bent rod made from a single piece. The nail consists of two basic sections: the first section of the nail consists of two spirals that hold the insulation to the surface and prevent the insulation from sliding off the second section. The outer spiral is circular, with a segment of the spiral smoothly transitioning into the next inner spiral, smaller in diameter and located higher than the outer spiral. The inner spiral is also circular, with a segment of the spiral extending at an angle to the center of the inner spiral, all the way to its axis of symmetry. The second section, at a downward angle relative to the inner spiral, along the spiral's axis of symmetry transforms into a straight section, which ends in a spike shape. The pointed end is needed for piercing insulation. The second type of nail is shown in Fig. 2.1. It is made of a metal that adheres well to metal surfaces. The nail shape is a suitably bent rod made of one piece. The nail consists of two basic sections: The first section of the nail consists of three spirals. The spirals hold the insulation to the surface and prevent the insulation from sliding off the second section. The outer spiral is circular, with one spiral segment smoothly transitioning into the next central spiral of smaller diameter. The central spiral is located higher than the outer spiral. The central spiral is circular, with a segment of the spiral flowing smoothly into the next inner spiral, smaller in diameter than the central spiral. The inner spiral is located higher than the central spiral. A segment of the inner spiral flows at an angle to the center of the inner spiral, all the way to its axis of symmetry. The second segment, at a right angle downward to the inner spiral, along the spiral's axis of symmetry transforms into a straight segment, which ends in a spike shape. The sharpened end is needed for piercing insulation. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The nail is made of a metal that adheres well to metal surfaces. 2. The nail shape is a bent rod made from one piece. 3. The nail's construction consists of two basic sections: - the first section of the nail consists of two spirals, which hold the insulation to the surface and prevent the insulation from sliding off the second section. The outer spiral is circular, with a segment of the spiral smoothly transitioning into the next inner spiral of smaller diameter and located higher than the outer spiral. The inner spiral is also circular, with a segment of the spiral passing at an angle to the center of the inner spiral, all the way to its axis of symmetry. - the second section - at a downward angle to the inner spiral - along the spiral's axis of symmetry - turns into a straight section, which is spike-shaped at the end. The pointed end is needed for piercing the insulation.PL 17906 3 Pattern illustrationPL 17906 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
