The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its construction and the shape of the elements constituting the air inlets surrounding the smoke extraction flap or flue gas chimney. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap having on its surfaces three rows of triangular cut-outs with inwardly tilted covers of the same profile, in a perspective view from its inner side, Fig. 2 - the same shield in a perspective view from its outer side, Fig. 3 - the same shield in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same shield in a top view, Fig. 5 - the same shield in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A in Fig. 3, Fig. 6 - detail "B" of the same shield shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 - detail "C" of the same cover shown in fig. 3, fig. 8 - detail "D" of the same cover shown in fig. 4, fig. 9 - smoke extraction flap assembly mounted on the roof of the building with wind shields mounted on its casing, in a perspective view, fig. 10 - the end part of the chimney with wind shields mounted on its external walls, constituting their second variant in a perspective view, fig. 11 - the third variant of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap having rectangular cut-outs on its surfaces with rounded lower sides and with inwardly inclined shields of the same profile, in a perspective view from its external side, fig. 12 - the same version of the wind shield in a perspective view from its inner side, fig. 13 - the fourth version of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap, having rectangular cut-outs on its surfaces with inwardly inclined covers of the same profile, in a perspective view from its outer side, fig. 14 - the same version of the wind shield in a perspective view from its inner side, fig. 15 - the fifth version of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap having pentagonal outlets on its surfaces with inwardly inclined covers of the same profile, in a perspective view from its outer side, fig. 16 - the same version of the wind shield, in a perspective view from its outer side, in perspective view from its inner side, fig. 17 - the sixth variant of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap composed of two permanently connected rectangular sheet metal elements, situated perpendicularly to each other but having on them five rows of triangular openings with inwardly inclined covers of the same profile and the remaining shape of their lower, longer sides bent in the shape of a shortened letter "Z" offset to the inside of both of these elements as shown in figs. 1-8, in perspective view from its outer side, fig. 18 - the same variant of the shield in perspective view from the inner side, fig. 19 - the seventh variant of the wind shield of the smoke extraction flap, with also composed of two permanently connected rectangular sheet metal elements situated perpendicularly to each other, but having on them five rows of triangular openings with inwardly inclined covers of the same profile and the remaining shape of their lower, longer sides bent into the shape of a shortened letter "Z", but rotated by 90° in relation to the one shown in fig. 18, in a perspective view from its external side, fig. 20 - the same version of the cover in a perspective view from its internal side, fig. 21 - the eighth version of a smoke extraction flap composed of two separate rectangular sheet metal elements situated perpendicularly to each other, one vertical side of which is connected with each other and by means of an angle bracket and screws screwed into these elements in a perspective view from its external side, with the remaining shapes of these elements being analogous to those shown in fig. 1-8, fig. 22 - the same version of the cover in a perspective view from the internal side, fig. 23 - the ninth version of the smoke exhaust flap cover also composed of two separate rectangular sheet metal elements, located perpendicularly to each other, one vertical side of which is connected with each other by means of an angle bracket and screws screwed into these elements as shown in fig. 22, in a perspective view from its external side, with the remaining shapes of these elements being analogous to those shown in fig. 1-8, with the exception of the shape and location of its longer sides bent into the shape of a shortened letter "Z" but rotated by 90° in relation to the one shown in the drawing Fig. 22, and Fig. 24 - the same version of the cover in a perspective view from the inside. The wind shield according to the first version of its construction and application shown in the drawings fig. 1-9 is a monolithic sheet metal element having the shape of a straight angle when viewed from above, the vertically arranged arms of which made of sheet metal with a rectangular profile have on their surface cuts in the shape of isosceles triangles arranged in three horizontal rows next to each other and underneath each other, directed with their vertices downwards, wherein these cuts do not come into contact in the vertex part so that the resulting triangular elements, due to the undercutting of the vertex part, create a monolith with this sheet metal and are bent at an acute angle in relation to the vertical planes of the rectangular sheet metal elements, and both equilateral sides of these elements are bent towards these planes, creating pockets open at the top, situated on the inner surface of both arms of this angle bracket. In addition, the upper and side sides of this cover are bent inwards, forming horizontal and vertical channels having the shape of the letter "U" in vertical and horizontal cross-sections as shown in drawing fig. 6, while the lower parts of the corner formed from both walls of this cover have rectangular outlets also situated perpendicularly to each other, and the lower longer sides of these walls have bends forming three walls with a profile in a side view resembling the shape of a shortened letter "Z" with its strip elements perpendicular to each other and to these walls, so that between them in the corner part a through hole is formed having a shape close to square in a top view. The wind shield according to the second variant of its design, shown in drawing fig. 10 when mounted to the vertical corner supports covered from the top with a four-pitched bottom and attached to the chimney front, also constitutes a monolithic sheet metal element surrounding these supports, the rectangular side walls of which are situated perpendicularly to each other and have on their surface such that incisions in the shape of equilateral triangles are situated in three horizontal rows next to each other and below each other, directed with their vertices downwards, wherein these incisions do not come into contact in the apex part so that the obtained triangular elements, through the undercutting of the apex part, create a monolith with this sheet metal. In addition, their external, lateral and upper profiles form pockets open from the top is identical to that described in the first variant of this cover shown in drawings Figs. 1-8. The windshield according to the third variant of its design shown in drawings figs. 11 and 12 has an identical external shape as the shield according to the first variant of its design shown in drawings figs. 1-9, with the difference between them being only that in its third variant both side walls instead of triangular-profile pockets have "U"-profile pockets with a convexity directed downwards, which convexity partially constitutes a monolith with the sheet metal arms of this shield. The windshield according to the fourth variant of its design shown in drawings figs. 13 and 14 also has an identical external shape as the shield according to the first and third variant of its design shown in drawings figs. 1-9 and figs. 11 and 12, the difference between them is that in the fourth variant, instead of pockets with a triangular or "U" profile, both of its side walls have pockets with a rectangular profile, the shorter lower sides of which constitute a monolith with the sheet metal arms of this cover. The windshield according to the fifth variant of its design shown in drawings fig. 15 and 16 also has an identical external shape as the shields according to the first, third and fourth variants shown in drawings fig. 1-9 and fig. 11-14, and the difference between them is only that in the fourth variant of its design, instead of pockets with a triangular, "U" or rectangular profile, both side walls have a profile made of an open rectangle, the lower ends of which of the two parallel sides are connected with the ends of an equilateral triangle directed with its vertex downwards so that their vertices form a monolith with the sheet metal arms of this shield. The windshield according to the sixth variant of its design shown in drawings fig. 17 and 18 has an external shape similar to the cover shown in drawings fig. 1-8, and the difference between them is only that both of its rectangular sheet metal elements, instead of three on their surfaces, have five horizontal rows of incisions in the shape of isosceles triangles situated one underneath the other and with their vertices directed downwards, creating similar pockets as in the first version of this cover. The wind shield according to the seventh variant of its implementation, shown in drawings fig. 19 and 20, has an external shape similar to the shield according to the sixth variant of its implementation, shown in drawings fig. 17 and 18, with the difference between them being only that the lower longer sides of their rectangular elements with identical triangular pockets on their surfaces are bent and also have a shape similar to the shortened letter "Z", but rotated by 90° in relation to the one shown in drawing fig. 18. The wind shield according to the eighth variant of its implementation, shown in drawings fig. 21 and 22, consists of two separate rectangular sheet metal elements, situated perpendicularly to each other, wherein their one vertical sides are connected to each other by means of an angle iron and screws screwed into these elements, while the remaining shapes of these elements are similar to those in the first variant of this shield shown in drawings figs. 1-8. In turn, the wind shield according to the ninth variant of its execution shown in drawings figs. 23 and 24 has an external shape similar to the shield according to the eighth variant, shown in drawings figs. 21 and 22, with the difference between them being that the lower longer sides of their rectangular elements with identical triangular pockets on their surfaces are also bent into the shape of a shortened letter "Z", but rotated by 90° in relation to the one shown in drawing fig. 22. The covers according to the first and third to ninth variants of their implementation, shown in figures 1-9 and 11-24, are attached to the smoke extraction flap assembly as, for example, shown in figure 9, and according to the second variant, to the extension of the chimney outlet, as shown in figure 10. Essential features of the industrial design The wind shield of the smoke extraction flap or flue gas chimney housing used in their extensions in order to improve their draft, shown in figures 1-24, is characterized in that: - it is a monolithic sheet metal element having the shape of a straight angle when viewed from above, the vertically arranged arms of which, made of sheet metal with a rectangular profile, have incisions made on their surface in the shape of isosceles triangles, located in three horizontal rows next to each other and below each other, directed with their apexes downwards, wherein these incisions do not come into contact in the apical part, so that the resulting triangular elements, through the undercutting of the apical part, create a monolith with this sheet metal and are bent at an angle at a sharp angle in relation to the vertical planes of the rectangular sheet metal elements, and both equilateral sides of these elements are bent towards these planes, creating pockets open from the top, located on the outer surface of both arms of this angle, wherein the upper and lateral sides of this shield are bent inwards, creating horizontal and vertical channels, having the shape of the letter "U" in vertical and horizontal cross-sections as shown in drawing fig. 6, while the lower parts of the corner formed from both walls of this shield have rectangular outlets also located perpendicularly to each other, and the lower longer sides of these walls have bends creating three walls with a profile in a side view resembling the shape of a shortened letter "Z" with rectangular elements perpendicular to each other and to these walls, so that between them in the corner part a through opening is formed which in a top view has a shape close to square as shown in figures 1-9; - it constitutes a monolithic sheet metal element, the rectangular side walls of which are situated perpendicularly to each other and have on their surface incisions in the shape of equilateral triangles, situated in three horizontal rows next to each other and underneath each other and directed with their vertices downwards, wherein these incisions do not come into contact in the vertex part, so that the obtained triangular elements, through the undercutting of the vertex part, create a monolith with this sheet metal as shown in drawing fig. 9, and their external, lateral and upper profile forming pockets open from the top is identical to that shown in drawings fig. 1-8; - it is a monolithic sheet metal element similar to the one shown in drawings fig. 1-8, with the difference between them being only that in this case both side walls instead of pockets with a triangular profile have pockets with a "U" profile, the convexity directed downwards, which convexity partially constitutes a monolith with sheet metal arms of this cover, as shown in drawings fig. 11 and 12; - it is a monolithic sheet metal element similar to the one shown in drawings fig. 1-8 and 11 and 12, with the difference between them being only that in this case both of its side walls instead of pockets with a triangular or "U" profile have pockets with a rectangular profile, the shorter lower sides of which constitute a monolith with sheet metal arms of this cover, as shown in drawings Figs. 13 and 14; - it is a monolithic sheet metal element similar to the one shown in drawings fig. 1-8 and 11-14, the difference between them being only that in this case its both side walls instead of pockets with a triangular, "U" or rectangular profile have a profile made of an open rectangle, the lower ends of which two parallel sides are connected with the ends of an equilateral triangle, directed with the vertex downwards so that their vertices form a monolith with the sheet metal arms of this cover, as shown in drawings fig. 15 and 16; - it is a monolithic sheet metal element similar to the one shown in drawings fig. 1-9, the difference between them being only that in this case both side walls they have pockets of a triangular profile arranged in five rows next to each other and under each other as shown in figures 17 and 18; - they constitute a set of two rectangular sheet metal elements connected together but detachably by means of screw elements and an angle connector, as shown in figures 21-24, the remaining shapes of these elements being similar to those shown in figures 1-8; - the lower longer sides of both sheet metal profile elements of this cover have bends forming three walls with a profile in a side view resembling the shape of a shortened letter "Z", with its rectangular strip elements perpendicular to each other and to these walls, creating between them in the formed corner an opening having a shape close to square in a top view, wherein the "Z" profiles in some of the variants shown in drawings fig. 20 and 24 are rotated by 90° in comparison to the variants shown in drawings fig. 1, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 22.
