Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest rozk ladany czterono zny stó l jadalniany posiadaj acy chowan a w blacie i wysuwan a samoczynnie wk ladk e. Odmiana wzoru nr 1 dotyczy sto lu z blatem drewnianym z lo zonym. Stó l z blatem roz lo zonym stanowi odmian e wzoru nr 2. Odmianie wzoru nr 3 odpowiada stó l z blatem szklanym w kolorze czarnym. Odmian e nr 1 stanowi stó l drewniany, którego nogi o kwadratowym przekroju podpieraj a dwu- cz esciowy blat dok ladnie w jego rogach. Odmiana nr 2 obejmuje posta c sto lu z blatem roz lo zonym, wystaj acym po obu stronach poza obrys nóg sto lu. Mi edzy oskrzyni a a blatem widnieje szpara o grubo sci blatu. W przypadku odmiany wzoru nr 3 z tafl a szklan a, wk ladka jest pogrubiona o grubo sc tafli szkla- nej co rzutuje na zwi ekszon a grubosc szpary mieszcz acej wk ladk e.PL 17956 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 17956 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is for an extendable four-legged dining table with a tabletop insert that retracts and automatically extends. The rectangular tabletop has a divided tabletop supported by four square legs. The tabletop's surface, when its halves are pulled apart, is expanded by a tabletop insert, which is automatically raised by a mechanism hidden under the tabletop. When folded, the edge of the insert, which retracts centrally under the tabletop, is visible from the long side of the table. The essence of the design and its variants is the common shape of the table base, which, together with the table legs, forms a frame concealing the mechanism for moving the insert. A characteristic feature of the design and its subsequent variants is the view of the diagonal, light-colored frame slats under the tabletop. When the table top is unfolded, a gap the thickness of the table top is created between the frame and the table top. The design is presented in the illustration, where three variations of the table are shown in perspective, with Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 being included in the collective illustration after Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 being enlarged views of Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In particular, the variations of the design are presented as follows: - variation no. 1 in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4; - variation no. 2 in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5; - variation no. 3 in Fig. 3. Variation of design no. 1 concerns a table with a folded wooden table top. The table with an unfolded table top is a variation of design no. 2. Variation of design no. 3 corresponds to a table with a black glass table top. The essential features of the industrial design in its three varieties are the figurative features that distinguish the submitted design from other, already known table designs and constitute the basis for its identification through the different shapes of the presented varieties. Variation No. 1 is a wooden table whose square legs support the two-piece tabletop precisely at its corners. On the longer side of the table, between the folded tabletop and the table frame, the edge of an insert is visible, used to enlarge the table's surface. The diagonal masking strip of the frame is spanned between the table legs so that its lower edge is angled towards the table interior. Design no. 2 features a table with an extended tabletop, extending beyond the table legs on both sides. Between the frame and the tabletop is a gap as thick as the tabletop itself. In design no. 3 with a glass panel, the insert is thickened by the thickness of the glass panel, which translates into an increased thickness of the gap accommodating the insert. e.PL 17956 3 Design illustrationPL 17956 4 Department of Publishing, UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
