Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest pojemnik z maskownic a na produkty spo zywcze, sto- sowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na ró znego rodzaju sa latki, ryby i inne przetwory spo zywcze. Pojemnik wed lug wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z maskownic a w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - maskownic e pojemnika w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego, w odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego typu, przeja- wiaj a si e w charakterystycznym ornamencie, umieszczonym na dwóch przeciwleg lych powierzchniach bocznych pojemnika. Ornament to wydr azone, charakterystyczne postacie rybek, ma lej i du zej, zwró- conych w przeciwnych kierunkach. Postacie rybek po wydr azeniu s a matowione. Maskownica pojem- nika ma charakterystyczne wyci ecie umieszczone w cz esci przedniej, przed zaokragleniem, umo zli- wiaj ace swobodne jej zdj ecie z pojemnika. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with the cover from a side view, Fig. 2 - the container from a top view, and Fig. 3 - the container cover from a side view. The essential features of the industrial design, in relation to known containers of this type, are manifested in a characteristic ornament placed on two opposite side surfaces of the container. The ornament consists of hollow, characteristic figures of fish: a small one and a large one, facing in opposite directions. The fish figures are matte after hollowing. The container cover has a characteristic cutout in the front part, before the rounding, allowing it to be easily removed from the container.
