Przedmiotem wynalazku jest szczotka do czyszczenia zębów wchodząca w zakres podstawowych potrzeb ludzkich.The subject of the invention is a toothbrush falling within the scope of basic human needs.

Znanych jest szereg szczotek do czyszczenia zębów o odpowiednio usytuowanym włosiu na płaskich głowicach. Włosie to może występować na głowicach pod różnymi kątami, najczęściej pod kątem prostym, posiadać nierówne powierzchnie lub tworzyć stożki. Szczotki takie przedstawione są w patentach amerykańskich nr 2242743, 4706322, 5027467, niemieckim nr 919224, czy też polskim nr 178441 i innych.A series of tooth cleaning brushes with appropriately positioned bristles on flat heads are known.
