Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z drewna, tworzywa sztucznego lub z drewna i tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz w ksztalcie jego czesci chwytowej i polaczonych z nia stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z góry z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od spodu, z przodu i z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - stopke uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od spodu i z przodu a fig. 7 - te sama stopke w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od góry i z przodu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy stanowia dwie identyczne stopki oraz zwienczajaca ich górne konce czesc chwytowa, przy czym ksztalty tych elementów powoduja ze uchwyt ten w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do „teownika", którego górny poziomy czlon w czesci srodkowej ma widoczny obrys figury prostokatnej, a na obu koncach obrysy znacznie wezszych figur prostokatnych, natomiast w widoku z góry na obu swych koncach ma po dwa obrysy figur prostokatnych, przy czym czesc chwytowa ma wieksza szerokosc od szerokosci stopek usytuowanych w osi symetrii czesci chwyto- wej. Czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu ma ksztalt listwy prostopadlosciennej, która na obu swych kon- cach ma wykonane dwie przelotowe szczeliny usytuowane w poblizu dluzszych jej scian. Z kolei kazda z obu stopek tego uchwytu ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennych kostek posiadajacych w srodkowej czesci na ich górnych powierzchniach wyjecie prostopadloscienne o glebokosci równej grubosci listwowej czesci chwytowej i o szerokosci identycznej jaka posiada srodkowy element czesci chwytowej, usytu- owany pomiedzy obu jej szczelinami. Dlugosc i szerokosc szczelin czesci chwytowej jest identyczna jak dlugosc i grubosc górnych bocznych wystepów tych stopek, które w swych podstawach maja wy- drazenie prostopadloscienne oraz usytuowany przy bocznych scianach od strony wewnetrznej tulejko- wy element montazowy, przy czym szerokosc stopek jest wyraznie mniejsza od szerokosci listwowej czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and the shape of its gripping portion and the connected feet. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view from above, from the front, and from the side; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a perspective view from below, from the front, and from the side; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a view from below; Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a front view; Fig. 5 shows the same handle in a top view; Fig. 6 shows the handle's foot in a perspective view from below and from the front; and Fig. 7 shows the same foot in a perspective view from above and from the front. A two-point furniture handle consists of two identical feet and a gripping part at their upper ends. The shapes of these elements cause the handle, when viewed from the side, to have a shape similar to a "T-bar", the upper horizontal part of which has a visible outline of a rectangular figure in the middle, and at both ends the outlines of much narrower rectangular figures, while in a top view, at both ends it has two outlines of rectangular figures, with the gripping part being wider than the width of the feet located on the axis of symmetry of the gripping part. The gripping part of this handle has the shape of a cuboid strip, which has two through-slots at both ends located near its longer walls. In turn, each of the two feet of this handle is shaped like cuboid cubes with a cuboid recess in the center of their upper surfaces, the depth of which is equal to the thickness of the slatted grip portion and the width of the central element of the grip portion, located between both of its slots. The length and width of the slots in the grip portion are identical to the length and thickness of the upper lateral projections of these feet, which have a cuboid recess in their bases and a bushing-like mounting element located on the inside of the side walls. The width of the feet is significantly smaller than the width of the slatted grip portion of this furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design A two-point furniture handle consisting of two separate feet and a gripping part topping the upper ends of these feet, shown in fig. 1 - 7, is characterized in that: - it consists of two identical feet and a gripping part topping their upper ends, wherein the shapes of these elements cause the handle in a side view to have a shape similar to a "T-bar", the upper horizontal member of which in the middle part has a visible outline of a rectangular figure, and at both ends the outlines of much narrower rectangular figures, whereas in a top view it has two outlines of rectangular figures at both ends, wherein the gripping part is wider than the width of the feet situated in the axis of symmetry of the gripping part; - the gripping part of this handle has the shape of a cuboid strip, which has two through slots at both ends located near its longer walls; - each of the two feet of this handle has the shape of cuboid cubes with a cuboid opening in the middle part on their upper surfaces, the depth of which is equal to the thickness of the gripping strip and the width of which is identical to the central element of the gripping part, located between both of its slots; - the width of the feet is clearly smaller than the width of the gripping strip of this furniture handle.PL 18224 3 Illustration of the patternPL 18224 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
