Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paca tynkarska, znajdujaca zastosowanie w budownictwie, w szczególnosci przy tynkowaniu i wygladzaniu swiezo otynkowanych scian. Paca, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana przez cechy linii, ksztaltu, konturów, strukture, kolor, material wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Paca moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów naturalnych i sztucznych, takich jak: drewno, tworzywa sztuczne, styropian. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentuje pace tynkarska w widoku ogólnym odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 – uwidacznia pace tynkarska w widoku ogólnym odmiana 2. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, przedstawionego na fotografii, fig. 1 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze paca tynkarska jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej prostopadlosciennej bryly. Paca po przeciwnej stronie roboczej powierzchni jest zaopatrzona w uchwyt. Na powierzchni pacy sa rozmieszczone nierównomiernie cetki. Powierzchnia pacy oraz cetki sa w kolorze jasnozielonym. According to the design, the trowel is distinguished by its new visual qualities. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, defined by the characteristics of lines, shape, contours, structure, color, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The trowel can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural and artificial materials, such as wood, plastics, and polystyrene. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the plastering trowel, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows a general view of the plastering trowel, variant 2. The essential features of industrial design variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, include that the plastering trowel is shaped as a flattened cuboid. The trowel is provided with a handle on the side opposite the working surface. The trowel's surface is unevenly spaced with spots. The trowel's surface and the spots are light green.
