The invention relates to a paint roller tray (10) for a container (101) comprising a container bottom (106) , a round-going container wall (5) delimiting the container (101) and having opposite the container bottom (106) a mouthing with an expanse delimited by the container wall (5) , and wherein the paint roller tray (10) comprises a bottom with a bottom face (11) , a round-going sidewall (15) delimiting the paint roller tray (10) and having opposite the bottom face (11) being configured with a single -curvature course, a free edge (18) defining the upper opening of the tray (10) ; and that the tray (10) comprises means for arrangement of the paint roller tray (10) in a position at the mouthing of the container (101) .
