1. Damski spód obuwniczy, znamienny tym, ze jego obcas i podeszwa sa jednolita bryla, posiada bieznik spodu uksztaltowany jako przylegajacy do podloza, za wyjatkiem sciec pod katem ostrym na czubku i obcasie, przy czym kat sciecia przy obcasie jest wiekszy, nadto spód posiada czesc dolna o wiekszej szerokosci, korzystnie o chropowatej fakturze i czesc górna o mniejszej szerokosci, korzystnie o fakturze gladkiej, przy czym w widoku z boku linia podzialu tych czesci ma charakter falisty, opadajacy od obcasa do czubka, ponadto wysokosc spodu jest najwieksza przy obcasie, lagodnie opadajac ku podeszwie, osiagajac okolo polowy tej wysokosci w poblizu srodka dlugosci spodu, a nastepnie wysokosc spodu wzrasta lagodnie ku czubkowi, w którym to miejscu osiaga okolo dwie trzecie wysokosci obcasa, tak jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach: fig. 1., fig. 2. i fig. 3.1. Women's footwear sole, characterized in that its heel and sole are of a uniform shape, have a sole tread shaped to adhere to the ground, except for the bevels at an acute angle at the toe and heel, wherein the bevel angle at the heel is larger, furthermore the sole has a lower part of greater width, preferably with a rough texture, and an upper part of smaller width, preferably with a smooth texture, wherein in a side view the dividing line of these parts is wavy in nature, falling from the heel to the toe, furthermore the height of the sole is greatest at the heel, falling gently towards the sole, reaching about half of that height near the middle of the length of the sole, and then the height of the sole increases gently towards the toe, at which point it reaches about two-thirds of the heel height, as shown in the attached photographs: fig. 1., fig. 2. and fig. 3.

Damski spód obuwniczy, wedlug zastrz. 1., znamienny tym, ze jego bieznik posiada prawie na calej dlugosci spodu, w srodku szerokosci, korzystnie plaski i gladki, srodkowy, wglebiony pas zblizony ksztaltem do nierównoramiennego trapezu o wiekszej podstawie przy czubku spodu, korzystnie z wytloczonym nan napisem, nadto na pozostalej czesci bieznika znajduje sie kilka poprzecznych pól stykowych, przy czym korzystnie pola te posiadaja fakture z wytloczonymi rowkami o ksztalcie przesunietych wzdluz rzednej sinusoid, przy czym pola stykowe przedzielone sa pasem srodkowym na czesci lewe i prawe, a ponadto pola stykowe sa zróznicowane korzystnie co do wielkosci ich powierzchni i sa rozdzielone poprzecznymirowkami, korzystnie w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „V", przy czym jeden z tych rowków, korzystnie rozdzielajacy obcas i podeszwe, jest glebszy, ale jedynie z lewej i prawej strony pasa srodkowego, tak jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach: fig. 1. i fig. 4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 52. Women's shoe sole, according to claim 1., characterized in that its tread has, along almost the entire length of the bottom, in the middle of the width, preferably a flat and smooth central, recessed strip similar in shape to an unequal-sided trapezoid with a larger base at the tip of the bottom, preferably with an inscription embossed on it, moreover, on the remaining part of the tread there are several transverse contact fields, wherein preferably these fields have a texture with embossed grooves in the shape of sinusoids shifted along the ordinate, wherein the contact fields are divided by a central strip into left and right parts, and furthermore the contact fields are preferably differentiated in terms of the size of their surface and are separated by transverse grooves, preferably in the shape similar to the letter "V", wherein one of these grooves, preferably separating the heel and the sole, is deeper, but only on the left and right side of the strip middle, as shown in the attached photos: Fig. 1 and Fig. 4.
