Ilustracja wzoruPL 18386 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a rear wing designed specifically for a speedway motorcycle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape of the wing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the wing from the side, Fig. 2 - the wing from the front, Fig. 3 - the wing from the back, Fig. 4 - the wing from the top, Fig. 5 - the wing from the rear perspective, Fig. 6 - the wing from the front perspective. According to the industrial design, the rear wing has the form of a uniform, thin-walled shell. The hind wing in side view has an outline formed by the front side with a slightly concave, rising line, which in its upper part merges into the upper part of the wing. The upper part of the wing is formed by a slightly descending line formed by an upper section merges into a lower middle section, which merges into a shorter, higher section, which terminates in a descending lower side. The lower side of the wing has a line outline formed by a slightly convex section merges into a concave section and then into an inclined section reaching the lower end of the front side. The frontal view of the rear wing resembles a rectangle with a convex upper side composed of short, ascending segments and a lower side composed of short, inclined lateral segments merging into a central, horizontally located, longer segment. Each vertical side has an outline composed of two slightly inclined, touching segments. The top view of the wing resembles an elongated rectangle. A triangular figure adheres to one shorter side, and the other shorter side is composed of two obliquely placed lateral segments merging into a single, central, longer segment. The rectangle's area is defined by two parallelograms separated by a flat rectangular strip. The shorter sides of the parallelograms are approximately parallel to the sides of the triangle. The upper part of the wing has a lowered surface, located on the upper surface, which merges with the lateral surfaces of the wing on both sides by inclined surfaces. This part has a shape similar to two parallelograms separated by a rectangular stripe. The front side of the wing has inclined surfaces on both sides, which merge with the lateral surfaces. The inclined surfaces form stripes running longitudinally from the front side and in the upper part, blending with the inclined surfaces located on the sides of the upper part. The wing surface can be any color. The wing can carry advertising. The shape of the rear wing, along with the embossing, provides stiffness and resistance to external forces. The shape of the wing's surface and its mounting allow for effective bolting of the wing to the motorcycle frame and easy assembly and disassembly of the wing, for example, for replacement during speedway competitions. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The rear wing is a uniform, thin-walled shell. 2. The side view of the rear wing has an outline formed from the front side with a slightly concave, rising line, which at the top merges into the upper part of the wing. The upper part of the tail wing is formed by a slightly sloping line formed by an upper segment merging into a lower segment, which then merging into a shorter, higher segment, which in turn terminates in a sloping lower side. The lower side of the tail wing has a line outline formed by a slightly convex segment merging into a concave segment and then into an inclined segment reaching the lower end of the front side. 3. The rear wing wing, in front view, has an outline similar to a rectangle with a convex upper side formed by short, ascending segments on both sides and a lower side formed by short, inclined lateral segments merging into a central, longer, horizontally located segment. Each vertical side has an outline formed by two slightly inclined, touching segments. 4. The wing, viewed from above, has an outline similar to an elongated rectangle. A triangular figure is adjacent to one shorter side, and the other shorter side is formed by two obliquely located side sections merging into one central, longer section. The rectangle's area is defined by two parallel PL 18386 3 deep lines separated by a flat rectangular strip. The shorter sides of the parallel lines are approximately parallel to the sides of the triangle. 5. On the upper part of the wing, there is a part with a lowered surface located on the upper surface, merging on both sides with oblique surfaces into the side surfaces of the wing. This part has a shape similar to two parallelograms separated by a rectangular stripe. 6. The front side of the aviator has oblique surfaces on both sides, which merge into the side surfaces. The oblique surfaces form stripes running longitudinally from the front side and in the upper part, which merge into oblique surfaces located on the sides of the upper part.
