They are presented in the attached illustrative material and drawings in the following order: armchair "Fig." 1A (photo), 2-seater sofa "Fig." 1B (photo) and 3-seater sofa "Fig." 1C (photo). Each of the presented elements is identical in its shape, line and finishing technique used. The only difference between these elements is the maintained proportions, and the strict width of each of them. Similarly, the smallest element is the armchair "Fig." 1A (photo), and then the 2-seater sofa "Fig." 1B (photo) and the 3-seater sofa "Fig." 1C (photo). The back projection of the armchair (backrest) is a plane close to a square in shape with adjacent side panels in the shape of two vertical (narrow) rectangles. In the case of the 2- and 3-seater sofas, the back projection (backrest) is close to a horizontal rectangle in shape. The most characteristic features of the presented set of upholstered furniture are the side panels, which have through holes in their upper part. Their shape is similar to a horizontal rectangle with one rounded edge. This rounding is particularly visible in the photo of the armchair "Fig." 1A. Two feet made of plastic, with a square cross-section, are mounted to each of the sides. The backrest in all three figures is simple, without decorative elements, tilted at an appropriate angle towards the back. The seat of the armchair or sofa is mounted on a body covered with material. On the front part of the box, a horizontal stitching is visible along its entire width. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shaping of the elements of the set of upholstered furniture: an armchair, a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa, manifested in their shape, line arrangement, colours, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals and functional. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material: a photograph and a drawing attached to the application, presenting the submitted industrial design. The most characteristic features of the presented set of upholstered furniture, determining their originality, include the side panels, and in particular their shape with a characteristic through hole, their proportions (height and width) referring to the furniture as a whole. Visually, they give the impression that the furniture is massive and very modern in style.
