Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci elementów skladajacych sie z lodyg z liscmi umieszczonych na jednobarwnym tle. Na kazdej lodydze umieszczone sa cztery liscie, dwa w jej dolnej czesci a dwa na wierzcholku lodygi, po dwóch jej stronach, przy czym jeden z lisci w dolnej czesci lodygi i jeden polozony w jej górnej czesci po przeciwnej stronie sa wieksze od pozostalych dwóch lisci. Liscie i lodygi sa w jednakowym kolorze. Liscie nie sa wypelnione kolorem, znajduja sie na nich po cztery wijace sie miedzy koncami symetrycznie ulozone linie. Ksztalt lisci i lodyg na calej powierzchni materialu jest identyczny. Rozmieszczone sa na materiale w rzedach w taki sposób, ze liscie i lodygi w sasiadujacych ze soba rzedach stanowia swoje lustrzane odbicie, przy czym lodydze z liscmi w kazdym rzedzie odpowiada przerwa miedzy lodygami z liscmi w rzedzie sasiednim. Rzedy lodyg i lisci na materiale powtarzaja sie w regularnych sekwencjach co tworzy oryginalny i nowy desen. The fabric is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the design. The fabric, according to the industrial design, features a pattern consisting of stems with leaves placed on a single-color background. Each stem features four leaves: two at the bottom and two at the top, on either side. One of the leaves at the bottom and one at the top on the opposite side are larger than the other two. The leaves and stems are the same color. The leaves are not filled with color; they feature four symmetrically arranged lines winding between their ends. The shape of the leaves and stems is identical across the entire surface of the material. They are arranged in rows on the fabric so that the leaves and stems in adjacent rows are mirror images of each other, with the leaf stem in each row corresponding to the gap between the leaf stems in the adjacent row. The rows of stems and leaves on the fabric repeat in regular sequences, creating an original and new pattern. The material according to the industrial design is presented in five color variants in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, The industrial design, in addition to the version with white stems and leaves on a black background, has four color variants: - the first variant, in which brown stems with leaves are placed on a cream background, - the second variant, in which orange stems with leaves are placed on a black background, - the third variant, in which purple stems with leaves are placed on a black background, - the fourth variant, in which red stems with leaves are placed on a black background.
