Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest element ogrodzenia przeznaczony do grodzenia pose- sji, szczególnie domów jednorodzinnych. Znane s a elementy ogrodzenia w postaci p lotów b ad z elementów powtarzalnych nie wyró znia- jacych si e wyra znie od innych elementów ogrodzenia, wytwarzanych masowo i nie odznaczaj acych sie walorami estetycznymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego stanowi element ogrodzenia przeznaczony do powtarzalnego stosowania, to znaczy do tworzenia ogrodzenia z tych samych elementów laczonych ze sob a b ad z te z lacznie z elementami stanowi acymi odmian e elementu wed lug wzoru. Element ogrodzenia wed lug wzoru jest konstrukcj a sk ladaj ac a si e z poziomych profili pod lu z- nych: górnego i dolnego, do których przymocowane s a przez spawanie profile pionowe. Na srodku elementu ogrodzenia umieszczony jest, wykonany równie z z tych samych profili, segment ozdobny w kszta lcie kwadratu usytuowanego w tzw. „karo". Fence elements are known in the form of panels or repetitive elements that do not clearly distinguish themselves from other fence elements, are mass-produced, and do not have any aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is a fence element intended for repeated use, that is, to create a fence from the same elements joined together or combined with elements constituting variations of the element according to the design. The fence element according to the design is a structure consisting of horizontal longitudinal profiles: top and bottom, to which vertical profiles are attached by welding. In the center of the fence element, also made of the same profiles, is a decorative segment in the shape of a square arranged in a so-called "diamond." The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the fence element in its basic version, Fig. 2 shows a variant of the element in the form of a double-leaf gate, and Fig. 3 shows a variant of the element in the form of a sliding gate.
