Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka przedstawiajaca anielice z naczyniem, sluzaca jako element dekoracyjny. Figurka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na fotografii fig. 1. i fig. 2. Odmiana pierwsza dotyczy figurki stojacej postaci, trzymajacej naczynie dwiema rekami. Odmiana druga dotyczy figurki siedzacej postaci, trzymajacej naczynie jedna reka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – figurke stanowi przestrzenne wyobrazenie anielicy, – anielica ma dlugie wlosy, – anielica okryta jest szata, – anielica ma skrzydla, – anielica trzyma naczynie, – w pierwszej odmianie anielica przedstawiona jest jako postac stojaca, – w drugiej odmianie anielica przedstawiona jest jako postac siedzaca. The figurine according to the industrial design is shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The first variant concerns a figurine of a standing figure holding a vessel with two hands. The second variant concerns a figurine of a sitting figure holding a vessel with one hand. The essential features of the industrial design are that: – the figurine is a three-dimensional representation of an angel, – the angel has long hair, – the angel is covered with a robe, – the angel has wings, – the angel holds a vessel, – in the first variant, the angel is depicted as a standing figure, – in the second variant, the angel is depicted as a sitting figure.
