Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, który ilustruje ciastko w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. The biscuit, according to the industrial design, may be sold loose or packaged in transparent and/or decorated boxes. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape of the surface, arrangement of lines, contours, colours, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, which illustrates the biscuit in a perspective view from the side. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the filled biscuit has an oval outline in a side view, formed from two layers of dough, divided by a pocket with filling. The biscuit has a shape resembling a cuboid. The surface of the cookie is smooth, while the top of the cookie is decorated with parallel grooves.
