The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the surface shape, line arrangement, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the women's dress in the front view, variant 1; Fig. 2 shows the dress in the front view, variant 2; and Fig. 3 shows the dress in the back view, variants 1 and 2. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in photographs Fig. 1 and 3, include that the women's dress has a deep V-shaped neckline at the front. Its surface is decorated with fancifully arranged pleats of material, running in a line of gathers placed in the center of the dress's front, from the top of the neckline to the hip line. Diagonal pleats of material around the neckline fan out to the sides and fall onto the shoulders, creating fanciful forms resembling sleeves. The gathers of material around the neckline and hips are arranged diagonally. Below the center gather line, near the hips, the dress is decorated with fanciful, alternating horizontal drapery-like gathers. The back of the dress is also decorated with gathers of material, creating horizontal, irregular pleats. At the top, around the back of the neckline, a gathered layer of material is attached, styling a shawl. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 2, presented in photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, is that the women's dress has a deep V-shaped neckline at the front. Its surface is decorated with fancifully arranged folds of material, running in a line of gathers, placed in the center of the front, from the top of the neckline to the hip line. Diagonal folds of material around the neckline spread out to the sides and fall over the shoulders, creating fancy sleeves. The gathers of material around the neckline and hips are arranged diagonally. Below the central gather line, near the hips, the dress is adorned with fanciful gathers, creating a drapery of alternating horizontal pleats. The extended neckline features decorative decoration reaching down to the waistline. The back of the dress is adorned with gathered fabric, creating irregular horizontal pleats. At the top, around the back of the neckline, a gathered layer of fabric is attached, styling a shawl. The shape, form, and motif of the decoration placed on the front of the dress can vary and take on various forms.
