Description

Fig. 1 przed stawia zapalnik, w którym bezwladnik 1 iglicy 2 jest zaopatrzony w kolnierz 3 Bezwladnik 4 splonki zapalajacej 5 jest zaopatrzony w podobny kolnierz 6. Takze przesuwaja sie ku sobie srodek 12 dna splonki zapala¬ jacej 5 i ostrze 24 iglicy 2 wedlug luków 26 i 25 az do zbicia splonki zapalajacej i wybuchu. Odmiane zapalnika wedlug wynalazku przedstawia fig. 4, wedlug której czuly za¬ palnik posiada dwa bezwladniki 1 i 4, osa¬ dzone wzajemnie przegubowo i przesuwnie. PL PLThe invention relates to a percussion fuse operating at any impact angle and distinguished by its particular sensitivity, which is achieved according to the invention by pivotally mounting the firing pin inertia and the igniting primer and connecting them by means of a joint which enables these parts to be brought together practically without friction. The drawing shows, by way of example, embodiments of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a fuse in which the firing pin inertia 1 of the firing pin 2 is provided with a collar 3. The igniting primer inertia 4 is provided with a similar collar 6. Both inertias are mounted in a casing 7 or in the fuse body. As can be seen from the drawing, the bearings 1 and 4 can not only move freely in the axial direction relative to each other, but also rotate in all directions around any point formed by the contact of the flange 3 or 6 with the inner surface of the cylindrical cavity of the cover 7. Between the bearings 1 and 4 there is a spring 8, which determines their mutual distance or moves these bearings apart. In addition, the fuse has a safety device, not shown in the drawing, e.g. a conical pin or a flat pin, removed after exiting the barrel or after throwing the grenade by centrifugal force, which enables the fuse to operate when the barrel hits the target. The inertia member 4 of the primer 5 and the inertia member 1 of the firing pin 2 are connected by a joint which enables not only the mutual rotation of these two organs, but also their movement. The joint is formed by a cylindrical guide 9 on the firing pin inertia 1 and the spherical end 10 of the neck 11 of the firing pin inertia 4 of the igniting primer 5. It is best to place the centre of this spherical surface or a suitable part of the ball at the point of penetration 12 of the igniting primer 5. Of course, it is possible to make a cylindrical guide 9 on the firing pin inertia and a spherical surface on the firing pin inertia. The operation of the fuse is such that when struck in the direction of the arrow 13, the firing pin inertia moves due to inertia towards the firing pin, and vice versa, when struck in the direction of the arrow 14, the firing pin inertia moves towards the igniting primer. With a sideways hit in the direction of arrow 15 they receive the means! The gravity of the igniting primer inertia 19 and the firing pin inertia 20 sends impulses in the direction of the arrows 16 and 17, causing corresponding movements of these centers of gravity along an arc 21 around the center point 22, formed by the point of contact of the collar 6 with the cylindrical cavity of the casing 7, and along an arc 18 around the center point 23. The center 12 of the bottom of the igniting primer 5 and the tip 24 of the firing pin 2 also move towards each other along arcs 26 and 25 until the igniting primer is struck and an explosion occurs. It is clear that these movements take place without reaction in the joints 9 and 10, so that no friction is created, and the fuse is therefore very light. sensitive. It is, of course, possible to manufacture a fuse according to this principle, giving its parts much simpler shapes, as can be seen in Fig. 2, according to which the inertia element 4 of the igniting primer 5, which also contains the initiating primer, is mounted with its lower end in a conical cup 28 placed directly on the explosive material of the corresponding projectile. As a result of such an arrangement, one or the other inertia element is simpler and its flange is unnecessary. The lower inertia element 4 is additionally provided with a very narrow flange 10, replacing the described spherical surface. The upper inertia element 1 is in this case manufactured as described above. Fig. 3 shows another form of the fuse, in which the inertia rod 1 of the firing pin 2 is mounted in the front part having a spherical end 3, and on its neck 11 there is a narrow flange 10 for guiding the inertia rod 4 of the igniting primer in the cylindrical cavity 9, guided by a narrow flange 6 in the guide 7 of the fuse casing. A variant of the fuse according to the invention is shown in Fig. 4, according to which the sensitive fuse has two inertia rods 1 and 4, mounted mutually in a mutually articulated and slidable manner.
