Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj ac a si e w kszta lcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik znicza w widoku bocznym, fig. 3 - pojem- nik znicza w widoku z góry bez pokrywki. Pojemnik znicza wed lug wzoru przemys lowego utworzony jest z korpusu zako nczonego od góry g lówk a, na któr a mo zna nak lada c lub nakr eca c pokrywk e, a od do lu podstaw a. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma posta c wysokiej prostopad lo sciennej bry ly nieznacznie rozsze- rzaj acej si e do do lu, przy czym boki w górnej czesci korpusu s a nieznacznie wkl es le. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the candle holder in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the candle holder in a side view, Fig. 3 - the candle holder in a top view without the lid. The container of the candle according to the industrial design is made of a body ending at the top with a head, on which a lid can be put or screwed on, and at the bottom with a base. In general view, the body has the form of a tall, perpendicular walled block slightly widening downwards, with the sides in the upper part of the body being slightly concave. On part of the surface of the body there are decorative elements protruding above the surface. The decorative elements create motifs containing spiral sections, to which figures representing leaves are attached. In the side view, the body has a shape similar to a trapezium widening downwards with slightly concave sides in the upper part. The upper part of the trapezium is smooth and terminated at the bottom by a convex line, which clearly separates this part of the body from the part located below, on which there are decorative elements representing spiral segments, to which figures representing leaves are attached. In a top view, the body has an external shape in the form of a quadrangle in which a circle is inscribed. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In a general view, the body has the form of a tall, perpendicular block slightly widening towards the bottom, with the sides in the upper part of the body being slightly concave. 2. On a part of the surface of the body there are decorative elements protruding above the surface. The area of the upper part of the trapezoid is smooth and terminated from the bottom with a convex line, which clearly separates this part of the body from the part located below, on which there are decorative elements representing spiral sections to which figures representing leaves are attached. 5.
