Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest baranek wielkanocny wykonany z masla, którego wyglad stylizowany jest na wyglad zywego baranka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac baranka wielkanocnego, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono baranka wielkanocnego w widoku z boku, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono baranka wielkanocnego w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku baranek wielkanocny, wykonany z masla, ma wyglad stylizowany na wyglad zywego baranka. Baranek ma obly tulów, obrzezony od dolu waska splaszczona opaska i pokryty na calej swej powierzchni i czesci glowy okrywa wlosowa zlozona z sasiadujacych ze soba pofalowanych, nieregularnych w ksztalcie zamknietych obszarów, odwzorowujacych splatane i spilsnione slupki i kosmyki runa. W widoku z góry tulów ma po obu stronach wklesniecia oraz zaokraglona tylna i przednia czesc, natomiast glowa baranka zaopatrzona jest w wypukle oczy oraz rogi. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the Easter lamb, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the Easter lamb from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the Easter lamb from a top view. As shown in the drawing, the Easter lamb made of butter has an appearance stylized to resemble a live lamb. The lamb has a rounded body, circumscribed at the bottom by a narrow, flattened band, and is covered over its entire surface and part of the head with a coat of hair composed of adjacent, wavy, irregularly shaped, closed areas, resembling the braided and felted pillars and wisps of fleece. Viewed from above, the body has concavities on both sides and a rounded rear and front, while the lamb's head has convex eyes and horns.
