The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the colors, inscriptions, and drawings on the packaging walls. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in three variations (Figs. 1 to 3), depending on the type of grass seed, which depict the front wall, two side walls, and the rear of the packaging. The grass seed packaging is in the form of a paper bag, roughly rectangular in shape with rounded edges. On the front of the package, at the top, there is a double dashed line. Below is an inscription specifying the type of grass seed in each variety, i.e., "PASTURE GRASS," "MOWING-PASTURE GRASS," or "MEASURE GRASS," the first half of which is underlined with a thick line in a color depending on the type of grass seed, i.e., red, green, or blue, respectively. Below is an inscription specifying the name of the grass variety, i.e., "MUCKA," "KRASULA," or "ANULA," the second half of which is underlined with a black line. In the middle of the package, there is a drawing of a circle framed with a black line, the upper half of which is uncolored and the lower half is in a color depending on the type of grass seed, i.e., red, green, or blue, respectively. In the middle of the circle are silhouettes of three black cows. On the left side of the circle is a black drawing of a cow's head with a fragment of the front part of the body, and on the right side of the circle is a black plant motif reminiscent of the Lowicz pattern. The three grass seed packaging varieties differ in the color of the lines and individual elements, as well as in the lettering indicating the type and trade name of the grass mixtures. In the first grass seed packaging variety, based on the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, the packaging has red graphic elements and is intended for a pasture grass seed mixture called "MUCKA." In the second grass seed packaging variety, based on the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, the packaging has green graphic elements and is intended for a hay and pasture grass seed mixture called "KRASULA."
