Istote zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego stanowia poszczególne (jednostkowe) elementy wnetrza sklepu oraz ich rozmieszczenie na calej powierzchni sklepu, w sposób opisany ponizej, tworzace lacznie jego wystrój nadajace wnetrzu sklepu indywidualny charakter o cechach nowosci W celu pelnej ilustracji zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono go w róznych ujeciach, w postaci: 10 wizualizacji, opisanych kolejno jako fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10. Wizualizacje fig. 1-2 prezentuja calosc wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch rzutach od frontu i z góry, natomiast wizualizacje fig. 3-10 przedstawiaja szczególowo, nizej opisane elementy tworzace wystrój - aranzacje wnetrza sklepu branzy audio-video i AGD: 1. lada (punkt obslugi klienta) - fig. 3 - jest wykonana z: podstawy (cokól), w kolorze szarym, o ksztalcie (rzucie) litery „L", prostopadlosciennym, z matowego laminatu oraz z grubego blatu o ksztalcie (rzucie) litery „L" (zgodnie z fig. 2 - rzut z góry), w kolorze antracyt, wykonanego z matowego laminatu, którego obrys wystaje symetrycznie poza obrys cokolu lady. Lada zlokalizowana jest pod sciana przeciwlegla (sciana tylna) do wejscia do sklepu, przy czym dluzszy bok lady zachowuje odstep komunikacyjny od sciany tylnej, a krótszy do niej przylega cala, boczna plaszczyzna blatu. Lada znajduje sie w podluznej osi sklepu, na jego koncu i umiejscowiona jest na tle panelu dekoracyjno-ekspozycyjnego sciany tylnej. Lada zlokalizowana jest symetrycznie pod znakiem towarowym RTVEUROAGD, umieszczonym na szarej, plaszczyznie portalowej panelu dekoracyjno-ekspozycyjnego, znajdujacego sie na scianie tylnej; 2. wyspa kuchenna – fig. 4, fig. 7, fig. 9 - wykonana z laminatu imitujacego drewno o ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym, w kolorze ciemnego orzecha, przeznaczona do ekspozycji, w tym montazu (wbudowania) sprzetu kuchennego. Nad wyspa kuchenna symetrycznie znajduje sie panel z plyty gipsowo-kartonowej, w kolorze bialym, o funkcji sufitu podwieszanego przeznaczony do mocowania sprzetu kuchennego. Wyspa kuchenna zlokalizowana jest po lewej stronie od dluzszej, centralnej osi sklepu, w lewym górnym rogu sklepu (zgodnie z fig. 2 - rzut z góry), obok lady oraz panelu dekoracyjno-ekspozycyjnego sciany bocznej lewej, przeznaczonego na montaz sprzetu kuchennego; 3. stól ekspozycyjny - fig. 5, fig. 8 - w ilosci trzech sztuk na terenie sklepu, kazdy stól ekspozycyjny jest wykonany z podstawy (cokól) w kolorze bialym, o ksztalcie prosto- padlosciennym, z laminatu o wysokim polysku oraz z grubego blatu wykonanego z laminatu imitujacego drewno w kolorze ciemny orzech, którego obrys wystaje symetrycznie poza obrys cokolu stolu ekspozycyjnego. The essence of the submitted industrial design is the individual (units) elements of the shop interior and their arrangement across the entire shop space, in the manner described below, which together create its decor, giving the shop interior an individual character with novelty features. In order to fully illustrate the submitted industrial design, it is presented in various perspectives, in the form of: 10 visualizations, described as fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10. Visualizations fig. 1-2 present the entire industrial design in two views from the front and from above, while visualizations fig. 3-10 present in detail the elements described below that constitute the decor - interior arrangement of a shop in the audio-video and household appliances sector: 1. counter (customer service point) - fig. 3 - is made of: a grey base (plinth), in the shape (projection) of the letter "L", cuboid, made of matte laminate and a thick countertop in the shape (projection) of the letter "L" (as shown in Fig. 2 - top view), in anthracite, made of matte laminate, the outline of which protrudes symmetrically beyond the outline of the counter plinth. The counter is located under the wall opposite (rear wall) to the entrance to the store, with the longer side of the counter maintaining a communication distance from the rear wall, and the shorter side plane of the counter is adjacent to it. The counter is located in the longitudinal axis of the store, at its end, and is placed against the background of the decorative and display panel of the rear wall. The counter is located symmetrically under the RTVEUROAGD trademark, placed on the gray, portal-like surface of the decorative and display panel on the rear wall; 2. kitchen island – fig. 4, fig. 7, fig. 9 – made of laminate imitating wood, cuboidal in shape, in a dark walnut color, intended for display, including the installation (building-in) of kitchen appliances. Above the kitchen island, there is a symmetrically placed white plasterboard panel, functioning as a suspended ceiling, intended for mounting kitchen appliances. The kitchen island is located to the left of the longer, central axis of the store, in the upper left corner of the store (as shown in fig. 2 - top view), next to the counter and the decorative and display panel on the left side wall, intended for the installation of kitchen appliances; 3. Display table - Fig. 5, Fig. 8 - three pieces in the store. Each display table is made of a white, cuboidal base (plinth) made of high-gloss laminate and a thick top made of dark walnut-colored wood-effect laminate, the outline of which extends symmetrically beyond the outline of the display table's plinth. In the center of the top is an electrical outlet, covered with a brushed steel strip. The display tables are positioned at equal intervals between each other, perpendicular to the longer axis of the store, on its right side and parallel to each other, maintaining a clear walkway from the right side wall, at the height of the decorative and display panel intended for displaying television equipment, and on the left side, centrally along the longer axis of the store; 4. Display table – Fig. 6 – three units in the store. Each display table has a thinner, rectangular top than the display tables, made of a dark walnut-colored laminate with a wood-effect finish. Each of the four corners features steel legs with a closed square profile. The display tables are positioned at equal intervals, perpendicular to the longer axis of the store, on the left side, and parallel to each other, maintaining a clear distance from the left side wall at the height of the decorative and display panel intended for the display of kitchen appliances and electronic information media; 5. suspended ceiling – fig. 1, fig. 10 - made of anthracite-coloured aluminium sheet, consisting of metal ceiling elements with a raster grid pattern, which are replaced symmetrically at equal intervals across the entire width of the ceiling by a lighting raster;PL 18827 3 6. floor - fig. 2, fig. 8 - covering the entire surface of the shop, also under its fittings and design and display elements, finished with stoneware imitating wood in the colour and structure of maple, with grey joints; 7. left side wall – fig. 6, fig. 8 - built-up with decorative and display panels made of high-gloss laminate, along the entire length (from the back wall to the front wall) and height (from the floor to the suspended ceiling) of the left side wall. There are two decorative and display panels on the left side wall: i) the first one, starting directly from the front wall, is two-coloured: grey in the portal part of the left side wall from the suspended ceiling to its white part and on its side walls (frame) and base (as shown in Fig. 2 - top view), and white, filling the frame made in grey, intended for the display of mechanical household appliances and electronic information carriers, ii) the second one, starting directly from the first one to the back wall, is two-coloured: grey in the portal part from the suspended ceiling to its white part and on its side walls (frame) and base - Fig. 1, white, filling the frame made in grey, intended for the display of mechanical household appliances. 8. right side wall – fig. 5, fig. 8 - built-up with decorative and display panels made of high-gloss laminate, along the entire length (from the back wall to the front wall) and height (from the floor to the suspended ceiling) of the right side wall. There are two decorative and display panels on the right side wall: i) the first one, starting directly from the front wall, is two-coloured: grey in the portal part from the suspended ceiling to its white part and on its side walls (frame) and base - fig. 2, and white filling the grey frame, intended for displaying television equipment, ii) the second one, starting directly from the first one to the back wall, is two-coloured: grey in the portal part from the suspended ceiling and on its side wall, white filling the grey frame, intended for displaying accessories; 9. back wall - fig. 7 - built-up with a decorative and display panel along the entire length (from the left side wall to the right side wall) and height (from the floor to the suspended ceiling) of the back wall. The rear wall features a two-color decorative and display panel, with a gray portal section extending from the suspended ceiling to the white section, and a white rear wall below the gray portal section, filling the space from the left side wall to the right side wall. On the right side of the rear wall—Fig. 3—is a section designed to display accessories in symmetrical, parallel rows. The gray portal section of the rear wall's decorative and display panel features the RTVEUROAGD trademark, centrally located on the gray, rear, portal surface of the decorative and display panel. Display tables are set evenly apart, perpendicular to the longer axis of the store, on its right side, and parallel to each other, maintaining a clear distance from the right side wall, at the height of the decorative and display panel; 5. three display tables with a rectangular dark walnut top, each of the four corners of which has steel legs with a closed square profile. Rear wall, built with a decorative and display panel, along the entire length (from the left side wall to the right side wall) and height (from the floor to the suspended ceiling) of the rear wall.
