The bottle according to the industrial design stands out from known bottles used in commerce with its new and original spatial shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in the first version in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in the second version in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view. The bottle according to the industrial design comes in two versions. The first variant of the bottle made of colourless glass is shown in Fig. 1, while the second variant of the bottle made of frosted glass is shown in Fig. 2, while the shape and ornamentation of the bottle in each of these variants remains unchanged. An essential feature of the industrial design is the shape of a bottle, the base of which is a solid formed by five perpendicular walls, each with a square base, which are arranged in such a way that the largest of them is placed centrally, while smaller perpendicular walls, approximately half the height of the largest one, are placed around it, at each of its longer, outer edges, with the neck of the bottle, also in the shape of a perpendicular wall, at the top of the largest perpendicular wall. On the neck of the bottle there is a cap consisting of a row of solids placed symmetrically one above the other, the lower solid being a perpendicular face with a square base, on each of the side walls of which there is a centrally placed circular convexity, furthermore, on it there is a solid in the shape of a cylinder, on which there is a cone, the central part of which contains a decorative solid with a shape similar to a small rhombic hexahedron.
