Nowe i indywidualne cechy pojemnika, wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, przejawiaj a si e w jego kszta lcie oraz ukszta ltowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony zosta l na za laczonych ilustracjach. Zg loszenie obejmuje dwie odmiany wzoru. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig. 1 i fig. 2, natomiast druga odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig. 3 i fig. 4. The new and individual features of the container, according to the industrial design, are manifested in its shape and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations. The application covers two variants of the design. The first variant is shown in Figures 1 and 2, while the second variant is shown in Figures 3 and 4. For both variants, the container according to the design is a vessel in the shape of a cylinder that tapers downward. The bottom of the container is circular. The upper edge of the container is shaped similarly to the cross-section of a solid, a flat, teardrop-shaped figure whose surface area is greater than the surface area of the circle that forms the container's bottom. The container wall is narrowed in sections at the top, extending upward at the narrowing point to form a handle. In the central part of the handle is an opening in the shape of an irregular circular sector. Common essential features of both types of container: - the container is a vessel in the shape of a cylinder narrowing towards the bottom, - the bottom of the container is circular, - the upper edge of the container is in a shape similar to the cross-section of a solid, being a flat, tear-shaped figure, the surface area of which is greater than the surface area of the circle, which is the bottom of the container, - the wall of the container in its upper part is fragmentarily narrowed and at the height of the narrowing extends upwards, creating a handle, - in the central part of the handle there is an opening in the shape of an irregular segment of a circle. The first variation of the industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2; both illustrations show a top view of the container, with Figure 1 showing the container with the handle on the right, and Figure 2 showing the container with the handle straight on. Essential features of the second type of container: - the container is a vessel in the shape of a cylinder narrowing towards the bottom, - the bottom of the container is circular, - the upper edge of the container is in a shape similar to the cross-section of a solid, being a flat figure in the shape of a teardrop, the surface area of which is larger than the surface area of the circle, which is the bottom of the container, - the wall of the container in its upper part is fragmentarily narrowed and at the height of the narrowing it extends upwards, creating a handle, - in the central part of the handle there is an opening in the shape of an irregular segment of a circle, - inside the container, under its upper edge, at a height of about 1/5 of the height of the container there is a lid, - the shape of the lid refers to the shape Ltu of the upper edge of the container.
