The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the fixed lamp holder in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the fixed lamp holder in a front view. An important feature of the fixed lamp holder according to the industrial design is that the circumference of the front plate (1) has a shape of multiple radially convex elements (2), while the front plate (1) is connected to a cylindrical part (3) having a through hole (4) with two diameters, wherein the elements of the fixed lamp holder constitute a monolith, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
