Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw rekreacyjny do montazu na placu zabaw, wykorzystywany zarówno w miejscach ogólnie dostepnych takich jak parki, szkoly, przedszkola, jak i na terenach prywatnych takich jak ogrody przydomowe. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zdobieniach, ukladzie linii oraz zestawieniu ze soba elementów tworzacych zestaw, jak równiez w ksztalcie, zdobieniach, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce i zestawieniu ze soba elementów tworzacych zestaw. The essence of the design is the new appearance of the object, manifested in the shape, decorations, line layout, and arrangement of elements constituting the set, as well as in the shape, decorations, line layout, colors, and arrangement of elements constituting the set. In the first version, the recreational set for installation on a playground has a soaring shape that widens at the bottom and features functional and decorative elements shaped so that its overall shape resembles a space rocket. The set includes a tower with a square platform, steps, and a slide. The tower's platform is connected to the steps on one side and to the slide on the other. The tower has four metal supports and a steep, hipped roof in the shape of a pyramid with gently curved edges at the base. The tower's platform is secured by railings, one of which is a solid wall with graphics on the outside, while the other is a solid wall with built-in movable elements adapted for playing tic-tac-toe. Adjacent to the three edges below the platform are diagonally arranged trapezoidal decorative panels, each with a deep, arched cutout at the base. Circular holes of varying diameters are cut along the arch of the trapezoidal panel. The sides of the stairs are protected by board-shaped railings, bounded at the top and bottom by arc-shaped circular profiles extending from the base of the stairs. In the fourth version, the recreational set for playground assembly has the same arrangement and shape of the individual components as in the third version, but is also shown in a sample color scheme. In the fifth version, the recreational set for installation on a playground includes three turrets, each with a slender shape and containing functional and decorative elements shaped and arranged so that each turret resembles a space rocket. One of the turrets in the set rests on four metal supports, with a square platform and a steeply pitched pyramidal roof with gently arched edges at the base. Adjacent to the three edges below the platform are diagonally arranged trapezoidal decorative panels, joined together by their lateral edges, each of which has a deep arched cutout at the base. Circular openings of varying diameters are cut along the arch of the trapezoidal panel. Adjacent to the platform on one side is a semicircular balcony with a balustrade of vertical bar profiles, while on the other side is a lattice ladder stretched between metal, arched circular profiles, which form the upper edges of the ladder's sides. The sides are teardrop-shaped and made of board. The sides feature circular openings of varying diameters. Adjacent to the platform are a slide and a bridge connecting the turret to the next. The bridge is horizontal and equipped with four lattice railings. The second turret, also equipped with a platform, rests on four metal supports and features a steep, hipped roof in the shape of a pyramid with gently curved edges at the base. At the bottom of one of the metal supports is a seat shaped like a circular sector, mounted between two vertically arranged decorative panels. Each decorative panel is shaped like a circular sector with an arc cutout at the base and circular openings of varying diameters located along the side, curved edge. An arc-shaped ladder made of round metal profiles is attached to one edge of the second turret's platform. Its arc-shaped sides are attached along the chord to the turret's supports and feature circular cutouts of varying diameters. A slide is attached to the adjacent edge of the platform. The turret is connected to the third turret by a tunnel formed of hoops, with the tunnel situated perpendicular to the bridge connecting the first and second turrets. The third turret rests on four metal supports, with a square platform and a steep, hipped roof in the shape of a pyramid with gently curved edges at the base. The turret's platform is secured by railings, one of which is a solid wall with graphics on the outside, while the other is a solid wall with movable elements for playing tic-tac-toe. A ladder made of a round metal profile, bent sinusoidally, is mounted on one of the turret's metal supports. A rod-shaped ladder structure is attached to the external support of the third turret. The structure is made of round metal profiles and has a rectangular shape with a rounded upper corner and a support in the form of an arc-shaped round profile, as shown in Figures 9 and 10. 6. In the sixth version, the recreational set has the same shape and arrangement of functional and decorative elements as in the fifth version, but is additionally shown in a sample color scheme. The roofs of the first and third turrets are alternating blue and red, while the roof of the second turret is blue. The metal supports are gray. The third turret's panel railings are blue, while the elements surrounding the railing, seat, and walker are yellow. The paneled sides of the ladders and the decorative panels near the seat, as well as the decorative panels near the first turret, are red. A yellow ring is located on the right and left sides of the slide. The annular rings in the connector are red. The sinusoidal ladder is yellow, while the bar ladder structure is red, as shown in Figures 11 and 12. 7. One of the towers is supported by four metal supports and features a platform with a balcony secured by railings and a gable roof with decorative elements in the form of circular openings of varying diameters. A slide is mounted to the platform, while on the other side is a lattice ladder stretched between metal, arched circular profiles, which form the upper edge of the ladder's sides. The sides are teardrop-shaped and made of board. The sides have circular openings of varying diameters. The turret's platform is connected to the second turret via a hoop tunnel and a bridge, which additionally has tic-tac-toe game elements mounted in the railings. The central turret has a hipped conical roof and a square platform. Two opposing bridges are located perpendicular to the hoop tunnel. One bridge has a rung-shaped passageway secured by lattice railings and terminates with a platform secured by railings. One railing is slab-shaped, while the other is a balcony with a bar railing. The bridge is topped with a trapezoidal decorative plate with an arched cutout at the base and climbing elements. The second bridge is significantly longer and has plate railings with decorative designs. A lattice ladder is attached to the end post with an arched support. Below the tower's platform are four trapezoidal slabs with an arched cutout at the base and ornamented with circular cutouts of varying diameters. The central tower is connected to the next tower along a straight line via a bridge with plate railings and a cylindrical tunnel. Additional tubes run along the tunnel. The third turret, PL 18954 5, has a gable roof with decorative circular cutouts of varying diameters. The turret is equipped with a plate railing with a circular opening, a slide, and a lattice ladder with arched sides adjacent to the posts and decorated with circular cutouts of varying diameters. A circular-shaped seat is attached to one of the turret supports, mounted between two vertically arranged decorative panels, as shown in Figs. 13, 14, and 15. 8. In the eighth variant, the recreational set has the same shape and arrangement of functional and decorative elements as in the seventh variant, but is additionally shown in a sample color scheme. The lattice ladder connected to the central turret is blue with red tubular elements, while the tunnel connector between the turrets and the parallel tubular elements are gray. The panel railings connected to this tunnel connector are black, as shown in Figures 16, 17, and 18. 9. In the ninth version, the recreational set for playground assembly includes three turrets, each with a slender shape and containing functional and decorative elements shaped and positioned so that each resembles a space rocket. Each turret rests on four metal supports and has a platform and a hipped roof. A slide in the form of an enclosed tunnel adjoins the platform of one of the turrets. On the opposite side, a solid board railing is located, holding tic-tac-toe game pieces. On the other two sides of the turret are two entrances with side railings. These entrances lead to two lower platforms with balconies. Below the platform, circular-shaped seats are attached to two turret supports, positioned between two vertical decorative panels. Each decorative panel is circular in shape with an arc-shaped cutout at the base and circular holes of varying diameters located along the lateral, arc-shaped edge. A trapezoidal decorative panel with an arc-shaped cutout at the base and ornaments in the form of cut-out circles of varying diameters is also located at the bottom of the turret. One of the lowered platforms of the turret is connected to the next turret by a rung bridge and secured on both sides by lattice railings with handrails. The turret, which adjoins the bridge on the opposite side, is equipped with an arched ladder, the sides of which are secured by railings in the form of a plate, bounded at the top by arched circular profiles extending from the ladder's base. Circular holes of varying diameters are made along the upper arc of the railing. On the other side, the turret platform is connected to a diagonally placed trapezoidal plate with an arched recess at the base and climbing elements attached to it. The turret is connected to the next turret by a platform with a handrail. A lattice ladder, a slide, and a bridge are attached to the platform of the next turret, which connects to the second lowered platform of the first turret. The lattice ladder is stretched between metal, arched circular profiles, which form the upper edge of the ladder's sides. The sides are teardrop-shaped and made of board. The sides have circular openings of varying diameters. The bridge is equipped with board railings, while a trapezoidal board with an arched recess at the bottom and decorative elements in the shape of cut-out circles of varying diameters is mounted diagonally under the slide, as shown in Figures 19 and 20. 10. In the tenth version, the recreational set has the same shape and arrangement of functional and decorative elements as in the ninth version, but is additionally shown in a sample color scheme. The sides of the stairs are secured by plate-shaped railings, bounded at the top and bottom by arc-shaped circular profiles extending from the base of the stairs. Circular holes of varying diameters are cut along the upper arch of the railing, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. 4. In the second version, the recreational set for installation on a playground has the same arrangement and shape of the individual components as in the first version, but is additionally shown in a sample color scheme. The second turret has a square platform and a gabled, sloping roof. Each roof section is trapezoidal in shape, with a slight arch at the base and decorative circular openings of varying diameters. The second turret is equipped with panel railings, and an arc-shaped ladder made of circular metal profiles is attached to one edge of the platform. The arc-shaped sides of the ladder are attached along the chord to the turret supports and feature circular cutouts of varying diameters. Attached to one of the metal supports of the second turret is a lattice ladder structure made of round metal profiles and shaped like a rectangle, with a rounded upper corner and a support in the shape of an arched round profile, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. 6. In the fourth version, the recreational set for playground installation has the same arrangement and shape of the individual components as in the third version, but is also shown in a sample color scheme. The turret is connected to the third turret by a tunnel (PL 18954 8) formed from hoops, with the tunnel situated perpendicular to the bridge connecting the first and second turrets. The third turret rests on four metal supports, has a square platform, and a steep, hipped roof in the shape of a pyramid with gently curved edges at the base. The turret's platform is secured by railings, one of which is a solid wall with graphics on the outside, while the other is a solid wall with built-in movable elements for playing tic-tac-toe. The turret, which adjoins the bridge on the opposite side, is equipped with an arched ladder, the sides of which are secured by board-shaped railings, bounded at the top by arched round profiles extending from the ladder's base. Circular holes of varying diameters are made along the rail's upper arc. On the other side, the turret's platform is connected to a diagonally placed trapezoidal plate with an arched recess at the base and climbing elements attached to it. The turret is connected to the next turret via a platform with a handrail. Attached to the next turret's platform are a lattice ladder, a slide, and a bridge, which connects to the second, lowered platform of the first turret. The lattice ladder extends between metal, arched round profiles, which form the upper edges of the ladder's sides. The sides are teardrop-shaped and made of board. The sides have circular openings of varying diameters. The bridge is equipped with board railings, while a trapezoidal board with an arched recess at the bottom and decorative elements in the shape of cut-out circles of varying diameters is mounted diagonally under the slide, as shown in Figures 19 and 20. 13.
