Znane są urządzenia do pomiaru przemieszczeń względnych konstrukcji budowlanych w postaci sprzętu geodezyjnego, w którym pomiaru dokonuje się przy użyciu elementu posiadającego podziałkę, zwykle w jednym kierunku, przy odczycie indeksowym.There are known devices for measuring the relative displacements of building structures in the form of surveying equipment, in which the measurement is made with an element having a scale, usually in one direction, with an index reading.
Istota przyrządu według wynalazku polega na tym, że dwa korpusy zaopatrzone w noniusze połączone są w sposób suwliwy z kątownikiem.The essence of the device according to the invention consists in the fact that two bodies provided with vernier are slidably connected to the angle section.

Przyrząd składa się z dwóch korpusów 1 i 2 z noniuszami oraz z kątownika 3, przemieszczającego się suwliwie w wyfrezowanym gnieździe tych korpusów. Na kątowniku 3 umieszczone są podziałki milimetrowe pionowa i pozioma. Na korpusach 1 i 2 umieszczone są noniusze do odczytu podziałek (analogicznie jak w suwmiarce). Korpusy te są wcementowane między badane elementy budowli.The device consists of two bodies 1 and 2 with vernier calipers and an angle bar 3 that slides in a milled seat of these bodies.
