Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubelek z przykrywka, przeznaczony w szczególnosci do przechowywania skrzydelek drobiowych, przygotowanych do grillowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, kolorystyce i grafice przykrywki, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacej: fig. 1 - wzór kubelka z przykrywka w rzucie perspektywicznym. Kubelek z przykrywka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonany jest z transparentnego plastiku w ksztalcie zblizonym do scietego stozka o charakterystycznie wygietej krawedzi z zabezpieczajaca opaska. Kubelek zamyka przykrywka, której tlo jest czerwono, czarno, zólte. W górnej czesci przykrywki, umieszczone jest logo DROBIMEX z charakterystycznym kurczakiem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, manifested in its general shape, colours and graphics of the lid, which gives it an individual character. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph showing: fig. 1 - a design of a bucket with a lid in perspective. The bucket with a lid according to the industrial design is made of transparent plastic in a shape similar to a truncated cone with a characteristically curved edge with a protective band. The bucket is closed with a lid, the background of which is red, black and yellow. In the upper part of the lid, the DROBIMEX logo with a characteristic chicken is placed. Under the logo in a black oval, on the edges of which are placed two sickle-shaped lines, there is a yellow inscription Grillove, written in a characteristic font with stylized flames on the edges of the letters. This inscription rises at a slight angle, against the background of a stylized, red heart, the outer edges of which create stylized flames. Under the word Grillove, there is a wavy red line, covering the lower part of the heart, on it is the inscription "adds spice". At the top of the cover, there is a yellow inscription "Party MIX", in a characteristic font, the edges of which are decorated with stylized flames.
