Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest klocek kasztu górniczego przeznaczony do wzmacnia- nia podziemnego wyrobiska górniczego i podporno sci obudowy takiego wyrobiska. 1 przedstawia klo- cek w widoku aksonometrycznym, a fig. We wr ebach, górnym i dolnym, scianki s a skierowane tymi k atami w stron e przeciwleg lego boku. Wr eby w powierzchniach bocznych, przedzielaj ace wr eby górny i dolny, tworz a wci ecia i s a skierowane w stron e wr ebu w przeciwleg lej powierzchni bocznej klocka. W wyniku takiego ukszta ltowania, wr eby maj a w widoku z góry kszta lt o smioboku, podobnego do czteroramiennej gwiazdy. Kaszt wykonany z klocków, wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, tworzy monolitycz- n a konstrukcj e wzmacniaj ac a wyrobisko górnicze i ograniczaj ac a jego deformacj e. Wr eby znajduj a si e bli zej ko nców klocka i s a rozmieszczone symetrycznie, przy czym górny wzgl edem dolnego, a przedzielaj ace je wr eby wzgl edem siebie. To oryginalne ukszta ltowanie i u lo zenie wr ebów daje w rzucie pozio- mym klocka charakterystyczny kszta lt podobny do czteroramiennej gwiazdy. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving it a unique and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the block in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the block from above. The design is characterized by the unique shape of the block, which has two identical, characteristic slots on each of the upper and lower surfaces, as well as on the side surfaces, in the places separating the upper and lower slots, located closer to its ends. In each slot, its sides consist of two quadrangular walls connected at an angle of less than 180°. In the upper and lower slots, these walls are directed with these angles toward the opposite side. The slots in the side surfaces, separating the upper and lower slots, form notches and are directed toward the slot in the opposite lateral surface of the block. The outer length of the upper and lower slots is greater, and their middle length is less than the width of the block. Their middle width, in turn, is less than the width of the block. As a result of this shape, the slots, when viewed from above, have a hexagonal shape, similar to a four-pointed star. A mining hut is built from blocks, following an industrial design, by building successive layers. In each layer, adjacent blocks are connected with notches at right or near right angles. A hut made from blocks according to the industrial design creates a monolithic structure that strengthens the mine workings and limits its deformation. The essential features of the industrial design include the new design of the elongated block, manifested in the original shape of its notches and their arrangement. The notches are located closer to the ends of the block and are arranged symmetrically, with the upper one in relation to the lower one, and the intervening notches in relation to each other. The sides in each notch form two, preferably rectangular walls connecting at an angle of less than 180° and directed towards the opposite side, as in the upper and lower notches, and are directed towards the notch on the opposite lateral surface of the block, in the case of side notches. This original shape and arrangement of the notches gives the block a characteristic shape in the horizontal projection of the block, similar to a four-pointed star.
