Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do opakowan balsamu do mycia naczyn. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W górnej, srodkowej czesci etykiety, na tle w kolorze fioletowym, znajduje sie napis „do mycia naczyn" pisany malymi literami, których stylizacja przypomina pismo drukowane. W lewej, górnej czesci etykiety, pod napisem „do mycia naczyn", na szaro-fioletowym tle, umieszczony jest napis „Balsam" pisany stylizowanymi graficznie literami, przy czym stylizacja tych liter przypomina pismo pisane patykiem. Litery napisu „Balsam" wykonane sa w kolorze ciemno-fioletowym i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze bialym. Bezposrednio pod napisem „Balsam" znajduje sie napis „WASHING-UP BALSAM" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami, przy czym litery tego napisu maja kolor granatowy. Ponadto, w górnej, lewej czesci etykiety, pod napisem „WASHING-UP BALSAM", na rozjasnionym szaro- fioletowym tle, usytuowany jest na tle elipsy, napis „Tajfun" wykonany stylizowanymi graficznie literami, przypominajacymi pismo pisane patykiem. Napis „Tajfun" umieszczony jest, ponadto, ukosnie: kazda nastepna litera napisu usytuowana jest nieco wyzej od poprzedzajacej ja litery, przy czym wszystkie litery wykonane sa w kolorze bialym i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze niebieskim. Kropka nad górna czescia litery „j" napisu „Tajfun" ma kolor czerwony. Elipsa, na której umieszczony jest napis „Tajfun" ma kolor, w górnej czesci granatowy, a w czesci dolnej niebieski, przy czym z prawej strony otoczona jest wycinkiem elipsy w kolorze granatowym, a ze strony lewej - wycinkiem elipsy w kolorze niebieskim. - Lewa, srodkowa czesc etykiety stanowi fragment spienionej fali wykonany w odcieniach fioletu i koloru szarego. - Prawa czesc etykiety stanowi przezroczysty, lsniacy kielich do wina, którego dolna czesc zaslania aloes z zielono-zóltymi liscmi i napis „lawenda z aloesem", przy czym litery tego napisu wykonane sa w kolorze zielonym z bialymi obwódkami, a krój liter tego napisu przypomina pismo pisane patykiem. - Dolna czesc etykiety stanowia napisy reklamowe (fot.).PL 19186 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19186 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design: The industrial design is a label for packaging a dishwashing balm. The design is shown in the attached photograph. Essential features of the industrial design: In the upper, central part of the label, against a purple background, is the inscription "for washing dishes" written in lowercase letters, the styling of which resembles printed writing. In the upper left part of the label, below the inscription "for washing dishes," against a gray-purple background, is the inscription "Balsam" written in stylized graphic letters, the styling of which resembles writing with a stick. The letters of the inscription "Balsam" are dark purple and have white borders. Directly below the inscription "Balsam" is the inscription "WASHING-UP BALSAM" written in large, block letters, the letters of which are navy blue. Moreover, in the upper left part of the label, under the inscription "WASHING-UP BALSAM," on a lightened gray-purple background, the inscription "Tajfun" is placed against an ellipse in stylized graphic letters, resembling writing with a stick. The inscription "Tajfun" is also placed diagonally: each subsequent letter of the inscription is placed slightly higher than the preceding letter, with all letters being in white and having blue outlines. The dot above the upper part of the letter "j" of the inscription "Tajfun" is red.
