Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do nawilżania swobodnie przepływających materiałów sypkich, zwłaszcza popiołów z filtrów elektrowni. The subject of the invention is a device for moistening free-flowing loose materials, in particular ashes from power plant filters.

From DE 41 27 247, a device for moistening power plant filter ashes is known, comprising a water chamber surrounding an ash discharge pipe, a water chamber and an associated mixing section which is led to the transfer point. In this case, an annular nozzle is formed at the bottom of the water chamber, from which the outgoing water jet is directed radially inward and which has a slotted upper part and a lower part.

Ponieważ woda zawiera dużo stałych substancji, dochodzi do zaczopowania dyszy pierścieniowej. Prowadzi to najpierw do podwyższenia prędkości wody w obszarze szczeliny pierścieniowej. The ash from the filters is moistened through a water mist in the form of a cone, flowing out of the annular nozzle, and supplied through a drain pipe. Since water contains a lot of solids, the annular nozzle clogs. This first leads to an increase in the water velocity in the area of the annular gap. Further fouling of the annular gap means that the amounts of water determined for humidification cannot flow through it, which means that the entire humidification process is disturbed and has to be adjusted again after the extensive cleaning work of the annular gap.

The object of the invention is to design the moistening device in such a way that the annular nozzle is not blocked by solid substances in the water and thus the moistening process is not interrupted.

This task is solved due to the fact that the outer wall of the water chamber is divided into two parts that are connected to each other by a flexible compensator, and the water chamber has an adjustment device for moving both parts of the water chamber towards the longitudinal axis of the drain pipe. the upper and lower parts of the annular nozzle are spaced apart from each other with the upper part permanently connected via a downpipe to the upper part of the water chamber and the lower part to the lower part of the water chamber.

Preferably, the adjusting device has buffers, extension springs and positioning cylinders, evenly distributed around its circumference, but the stops are only permanently attached to the upper part.

According to the invention, a supply line is connected to the water chamber, which is provided with a pressure measuring device.

Korzystnie obszar powierzchni szczelinowej części górnej i części dolnej dyszy pierścieniowej jest wykonany z materiału odpornego na ścieranie i korozje, takiego jak: ceramika, tworzywo sztuczne, stal specjalna.Preferably, the slit surface area of the upper part and the lower part of the annular nozzle is made of a material resistant to abrasion and corrosion, such as: ceramics, plastic, special steel.

According to the invention, the surfaces of the water chamber in contact with the water and the downpipe are provided with a corrosion-resistant coating.

Konstrukcja dyszy umożliwia stosowanie do nawilżania popiołu silnie zanieczyszczonej wody.An advantage of the invention is that there are no longer-lasting blockages of the annular nozzle, and during the blockage flushing process, the ash moistening process is not interrupted. No effort is required to clean the annular nozzle. The design of the nozzle enables the use of highly contaminated water for ash moistening.

The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing in section.

Obszar powierzchni szczelinowych części górnej 13The free-flowing bulk material, in particular ash from the power plant filters, is fed to the drain pipe 9, which is surrounded by the water chamber 1. The outer wall 2 of the water chamber 1 is divided, transversely to the longitudinal axis of the fall pipe 9, into two parts that are connected between with each other through a flexible compensator 3. On the side of the water chamber 1 there is a changeover device 4. The annular nozzle 12 is divided into an upper part 13 and a lower part 14. The upper part 13 is connected by a drain pipe 9 with the upper part of the water chamber 1 and lower part 14 with lower part of the water chamber 1. The adjustment device 4 has, preferably evenly distributed around the perimeter of the water chamber 1, bumpers 5, tension springs 6 and adjustment cylinders 7. Extension springs 6 and adjustment cylinders 7 through the outer flange 8 or flanges, attached to the upper part of the water chamber 1, are permanently connected to the upper part 13 of the annular nozzle 12 and by the outer flange y, corresponding to the outer flange 8, or the flanges attached to the lower part of the water chamber 1, are connected to the lower part of the annular nozzle 1, while the bumpers 5 are attached only to the upper outer flange 8. By tension springs 6 and setting cylinders 7, the lower part 14 of the annular nozzle 12 is held at an adjustable distance from the upper portion 13 such that an annular nozzle 12 is formed with the flow direction directed inwards in the form of a cone. A feed line 10 for water runs from above to the upper part of the water chamber 1, the feed line 10 is provided with a pressure measuring device 11. The area of the slit surfaces of the upper part 13

And the lower portion 14 of the annular nozzle 12 is made of an abrasion- and corrosion-resistant material, for example ceramics, plastic, special steel or the like. The surfaces of the water chamber 1 and the drain pipe 9 in contact with the water are expediently provided with a corrosion-resistant coating, which, for example, consists of a lower nickel layer and an upper hard chrome layer.

The free-flowing bulk material, for example power plant filter ash, flows from the funnel-shaped container through the drain pipe 9 into the conical water stream emerging from the annular nozzle 12 and is uniformly wetted. Solid substances in the water that cannot pass through the annular nozzle 12 are deposited therein. This causes the water pressure in the supply line 10 to rise above the pressure prevailing in normal operation, which is indicated on the pressure measuring instrument 11. When the limit value is reached, the setting cylinders 7 are actuated for a short time, so that the lower part 14 of the annular nozzle 12 together with the lower area of the chamber water 1 moves downwards, which causes the gap of the annular nozzle 12 to enlarge and to rinse freely. After switching off the adjusting cylinders 7, the tension springs 6 again draw the lower part 14 of the annular nozzle 12 against the lower region of the water chamber 1 until the lower outer flange again contacts the stops 5, whereby the starting position is obtained again. If, after enlarging the gap of the annular nozzle 12 once, the blockage is not removed, the process should be repeated until successful. The flexible compensator 3 ensures that no water flows out when the lower area of the water chamber 1 is shifted.
