Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka przedstawiajaca siedzace zwierzatko po- dobne do owcy, wykonana z jasnopomaranczowego gladkiego materialu i futerka, z miekkim wypel- nieniem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana przez ksztalt, cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z boku. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 maskotka przedstawia siedzace zwierzatko podobne do owcy. Ma- skotka jest wykonana z jasnopomaranczowego gladkiego materialu, z jasnoniebieskiego sztucznego futerka z miekkim wlosem, oraz z miekkiego wypelnienia. Zwierzatko ma duza glowe z duzymi zwisa- jacymi uszami, zaokraglony pysk z widocznym usmiechem zarysowanym lukowa linia polaczona od dolu z pionowa linia, oraz male czarne oczka z umieszczonym nad nimi pomponikiem z jasnoniebie- skiego futerka, imitujacym kepke wlosów. Maskotka ma krótki kadlub uszyty z takiego samego futerka oraz krótkie lapki i nózki. Nózki wysuniete sa do przodu i zakonczone sa zgrubieniem przypominaja- cym rozdwojone kopytko. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 2, zwierzatko w pozycji siedzacej jest oparte na wysunietych do przo- du nózkach przyszytych do kadluba. Tyl glowy zwierzatka, pomiedzy pomponikiem a kadlubem, jest obszyty futerkiem w tym samym jasnoniebieskim kolorze. Drugi pomponik z futerka jest przyszyty w miejsce ogonka. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, achieved through the shape, line features, contours, colors, and material of the product. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the toy from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the toy from the side. As shown in Fig. 1, the toy represents a sitting sheep-like animal. The toy is made of smooth light orange material, light blue faux fur with soft pile, and soft filling. The animal has a large head with large, hanging ears, a rounded muzzle with a visible smile outlined by an arced line connected at the bottom with a vertical line, and small black eyes with a light blue fur pompom above them, imitating a tuft of hair. The mascot has a short body made of the same fur, and short paws and legs. The legs extend forward and end in a protrusion resembling a forked hoof. As shown in Figure 2, the animal, in a sitting position, rests on forward legs sewn to the body. The back of the animal's head, between the pompom and the body, is trimmed with fur in the same light blue. A second fur pompom is sewn in place of a tail. The mascot, based on an industrial design, can be used as a toy for children. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
