Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt do drzwi meblowych, zwlaszcza drzwi prze- suwnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu do drzwi meblowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja uchwytowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Uchwyt do drzwi meblowych wedlug wzoru jest uformowany z tasmy stalowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt do drzwi meblowych w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku postac uchwytu do drzwi meblowych jest wykonana metoda formowania tasmy stalowej na gietarce charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada forme rynny, która ma plaska podstawe 1 prostopadla do plaskiej tylnej scianki 2, podczas gdy scianka 2 jest zwienczona lukowatym zagieciem 3 przechodzacym w przednia waska plaska scianke 4 tworzaca delikatnie rozwarty kat ? z wewnetrzna powierzchna lukowatego zwiencze- nia 3. Natomiast miedzy dolna krawedzia 5 scianki 4, a plaska podstawa 1 znajduje sie podluzna szczelina 6. W plaskiej podstawie 1 uchwytu znajduja sie przelotowe konstrukcyjne otwory 7. Uchwyt do drzwi meblowych charakteryzuja nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - istnienie plaskiej podstawy 1 prostopadlej do plaskiej tylnej scianki 2 zwienczonej lukowa- tym zagieciem 3 przechodzacym w przednia waska plaska scianke 4; - istnienie delikatnego rozwartego kata ? miedzy przednia waska scianka 4, a wewnetrzna powierzchna lukowatego zwienczenia 3; - istnienie podluznej szczeliny 6 miedzy dolna krawedzia 5 scianki 4, a plaska podstawa 1, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a handle for furniture doors, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the handle a specific and original appearance enabling its identification. The handle for furniture doors according to the design is formed from a steel strip. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle for furniture doors in a perspective view from the front. In accordance with the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached drawing, the form of the handle for furniture doors is made by the method of forming a steel strip on a bending machine and is characterized in that it has the form of a gutter, which has a flat base 1 perpendicular to the flat rear wall 2, while the wall 2 is topped with an arcuate bend 3 passing into the front narrow flat wall 4 forming a slightly obtuse angle ? with the inner surface of the arched finial 3. Meanwhile, between the lower edge 5 of the wall 4 and the flat base 1 there is a longitudinal slot 6. In the flat base 1 of the handle there are through-holes 7. The handle for furniture doors is characterised by the following essential features of an industrial design: - existence of a flat base 1 perpendicular to the flat rear wall 2 topped with an arched bend 3 passing into the narrow front flat wall 4; - existence of a delicate obtuse angle ? between the narrow front wall 4 and the inner surface of the arched finial 3; - existence of a longitudinal gap 6 between the lower edge 5 of the wall 4 and the flat base 1, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.
