Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone zwlaszcza do odrózniania towarów przedsiebiorstwa od towarów innego przedsiebiorstwa w szczególnosci do nanoszenia na róznych materialach i wyrobach z nich, w tym do stosowania w postaci nadruków na odziezy, na okryciach glowy, na reklamówkach odziezowych i nakryciach glowy, na wywieszkach dla odziezy i nakryc glowy, a ponadto takze na opakowaniach wyrobów, w tym z folii, z materialów wlókienniczych oraz przezna- czony do wykorzystywania we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie liter i wyrazów oraz ich stylizacji, uproszczeniu, tworzacych abstrakcyjne logo, laczace w sobie w sposób fantazyjny rózne elementy liter. The design's new and original form is manifested in the shape of the letters and words, as well as their stylization and simplification, creating an abstract logo that imaginatively combines various letter elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in the attached drawing showing in Fig. 1 the logo in color, in Fig. 1.1 the first version of the logo in color, and in Fig. 1.2 the second version of the logo in black and white, while in Fig. 1.3 the third version of the logo in black and white. The logo according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material contains the inscription "CZAPKI 24" written in italics and in capital letters in bold and stylized font in white on a black background, filled with red in such a way that white lines are created on the perimeter of the letters and numbers surrounding the red letters and numbers. The first version of the logo according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1.1 of the illustration contains an inscription written in italics and in capital letters "CZAPKI 24", in bold and stylized white font on a black background, filled with red color so that white lines are created around the circumference of the letters and numbers surrounding these red letters and numbers, and under this inscription contains the words "DAMSKIE * MESKIE * DZIECIECE" written with a smaller height of letters and numbers, in bold and capital letters in stylized white font on a black background, separated by a red dot. The second version of the logo according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1.2 of the drawing of the illustrative material contains the inscription "CZAPKI 24" written in italics and in capital letters with a bold and stylized font in white on a black background, filled with black so that white lines are created on the perimeter of the letters and numbers surrounding the black letters and numbers.
