Abstract

The invention relates to an exhauster hood (12') for a combi-steamer (10). Said exhauster hood (12') comprises a suction channel (54') on the inlet side of which an inlet filter (30) and on the outlet side of which a suction fan (32) is located. In the bottom area of the exhauster hood (12'), a condensation heat exchanger (34') is connected, on the inlet end, to an air-outlet channel (16) of the combi-steam (10) and, on the outlet end, to the upstream end of an inlet filter (30) in an air intake part (47') of the exhauster hood (12'). Said condensation heat exchanger is configured as a flat channel (59) and air taken in flows around it from both ends. The condensation heat exchanger (34') is cooled on all sides by the air taken in through the suction fan (32) and therefore has an excellent efficiency.
